Sura 84 - Al-Inshiqaaq

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
84:1
إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْشَقَّتْ
*Itapo chanika mbingu,
*When the sky is split open
84:2
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
*Na ikamsikiliza Mola wake Mlezi, na ikapasiwa kumsikiliza,
*and gives ear to its Lord as it should.
84:3
وَإِذَا الْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ
*Na ardhi itakapo tanuliwa,
*When the earth is spread out
84:4
وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ
*Na kuvitoa vilivyo kuwa ndani yake, ikawa tupu,
*and throws out what is in it, emptying itself,
84:5
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
*Na ikamsikiliza Mola wake Mlezi, na ikapasiwa kumsikiliza,
*and gives ear to its Lord as it should.
84:6
يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنْسَانُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ
*Ewe mtu! Hakika wewe unajikusuru kwa juhudi kumwendea Mola wako Mlezi, basi utamkuta.
*O man! You are labouring toward your Lord laboriously, and you will encounter Him.
84:7
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ
*Ama atakaye pewa daftari lake kwa mkono wa kulia,
*Then, as for him who is given his record [of deeds] in his right hand,
84:8
فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا
*Basi huyo atahisabiwa hisabu nyepesi,
*he will receive an easy reckoning,
84:9
وَيَنْقَلِبُ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا
*Na arudi kwa ahali zake na furaha.
*and he will return to his folks joyfully.
84:10
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ
*Na ama atakaye pewa daftari lake kwa nyuma ya mgongo wake,
*But as for him who is given his record from behind his back,
84:11
فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا
*Basi huyo ataomba kuteketea.
*he will pray for annihilation
84:12
وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا
*Na ataingia Motoni.
*and enter the Blaze.
84:13
إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا
*Hakika alikuwa furahani kati ya jamaa zake.
*Indeed he used to be joyful among his folk,
84:14
إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَنْ لَنْ يَحُورَ
*Huyo hakika alidhani kuwa hatarejea tena.
*and he thought that he would never return.
84:15
بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا
*Kwani? Hakika Mola wake Mlezi alikuwa akimwona!
*Yes, his Lord had been watching him.
84:16
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالشَّفَقِ
*Basi ninaapa kwa wekundu wa jua linapo kuchwa,
*I swear by the evening glow,
84:17
وَاللَّيْلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ
*Na kwa usiku na unavyo vikusanya,
*by the night and what it is fraught with,
84:18
وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ
*Na kwa mwezi unapo pevuka,
*by the moon when it blooms full:
84:19
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَنْ طَبَقٍ
*Lazima mtapanda t´abaka kwa t´abaka!
*you will surely fare from stage to stage.
84:20
فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Basi wana nini hawaamini?
*What is the matter with them that they will not believe,
84:21
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقُرْآنُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ ۩
*Na wanapo somewa Qur´ani hawasujudu?
*and will not prostrate when the Quran is recited to them?
84:22
بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُكَذِّبُونَ
*Bali walio kufuru wanakanusha tu.
*Indeed, the faithless impugn [the Apostle],
84:23
وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ
*Na Mwenyezi Mungu anajua wanayo yadhamiria.
*and Allah knows best what they keep to themselves.
84:24
فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
*Basi wabashirie adhabu chungu!
*So inform them of a painful punishment,
84:25
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ
*Isipo kuwa wale walio amini na wakatenda mema; hao watakuwa na ujira usio malizika.
*excepting such as are faithful and do righteous deeds: for them there will be an everlasting reward.
