Sura 27 - An-Naml

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
27:1
طس ۚ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْقُرْآنِ وَكِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ
*T´aa Siin. (T´.S.), Hizi ni Aya za Qur´ani na Kitabu kinacho bainisha;
*Ta, Seen. These are the signs of the Quran and a manifest Book,
27:2
هُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
*Uwongofu na bishara kwa Waumini,
*a guidance and good news for the faithful
27:3
الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُمْ بِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ
*Ambao wanashika Sala, na wanatoa Zaka, na Akhera wana yakini nayo.
*—those who maintain the prayer and pay the zakat, and who are certain of the Hereafter.
27:4
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
*Kwa hakika wale wasio iamini Akhera tumewapambia vitendo vyao, kwa hivyo wanatangatanga ovyo.
*As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds seem decorous to them, and so they are bewildered.
27:5
أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ وَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ هُمُ الْأَخْسَرُونَ
*Hao ndio watapata adhabu mbaya kabisa, na hao katika Akhera ndio watapata khasara zaidi.
*They are the ones for whom there is a terrible punishment, and they are the ones who will be the biggest losers in the Hereafter.
27:6
وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ
*Na hakika wewe unafundishwa Qur´ani inayo tokana kwake Mwenye hikima Mwenye kujua.
*Indeed you receive the Quran from One who is all-wise, all-knowing.
27:7
إِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِأَهْلِهِ إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا سَآتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ أَوْ آتِيكُمْ بِشِهَابٍ قَبَسٍ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَصْطَلُونَ
*(Kumbuka) Musa alipo waambia ahali zake: Hakika nimeona moto, nitakwenda nikuleteeni khabari, au nitakuleteeni kijinga kinacho waka ili mpate kuota moto.
*When Moses said to his family, ‘Indeed I descry a fire! I will bring you some news from it, or bring you a firebrand so that you may warm yourselves.’
27:8
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهَا نُودِيَ أَنْ بُورِكَ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
*Basi alipo fika ilinadiwa: Amebarikiwa aliomo katika moto huu na walioko pembezoni mwake. Na ametakasika Mwenyezi Mungu, Mola Mlezi wa walimwengu wote.
*When he came to it, he was called: ‘Blessed is He who is in the fire and who is [as well] around it, and immaculate is Allah, the Lord of all the worlds!’
27:9
يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّهُ أَنَا اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
*Ewe Musa! Hakika Mimi ndiye Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye hikima.
*‘O Moses! Indeed I am Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.’
27:10
وَأَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَانٌّ وَلَّىٰ مُدْبِرًا وَلَمْ يُعَقِّبْ ۚ يَا مُوسَىٰ لَا تَخَفْ إِنِّي لَا يَخَافُ لَدَيَّ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
*Na itupe fimbo yako! Alipo iona ikitikisika kama nyoka, aligeuka nyuma wala hakungoja. Ewe Musa! Usikhofu! Hakika hawakhofu mbele yangu Mitume.
*‘Throw down your staff!’ When he saw it wriggling, as if it were a snake, he turned his back [to flee], without looking back. ‘O Moses! ‘Do not be afraid. Indeed the apostles are not afraid before Me,
27:11
إِلَّا مَنْ ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًا بَعْدَ سُوءٍ فَإِنِّي غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
*Lakini aliye dhulumu, kisha akabadilisha wema baada ya ubaya, basi Mimi ni Mwenye kusamehe Mwenye kurehemu.
*nor those who do wrong and then make up for [their] fault with goodness, for indeed I am all-forgiving, all-merciful.’
27:12
وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ ۖ فِي تِسْعِ آيَاتٍ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ
*Na ingiza mkono wako katika mfuko wako, utatoka mweupe bila ya maradhi. Ni katika Ishara tisa za kumpelekea Firauni na kaumu yake. Hakika hao walikuwa watu waovu.
*‘Insert your hand into your shirt. It will emerge white and bright, without any fault—among nine signs meant for Pharaoh and his people. Indeed they are a transgressing lot.’
27:13
فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْهُمْ آيَاتُنَا مُبْصِرَةً قَالُوا هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
*Basi zilipo wafikia Ishara zetu hizo zenye kuonyesha, wakasema: Huu ni uchawi dhaahiri.
*But when Our signs came to them, as eye-openers, they said, ‘This is plain magic.’
27:14
وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَا أَنْفُسُهُمْ ظُلْمًا وَعُلُوًّا ۚ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
*Na wakazikataa kwa dhulma na kujivuna, na hali ya kuwa nafsi zao zina yakini nazo. Basi angalia ulikuwaje mwisho wa mafisadi!
*They impugned them, wrongfully and out of arrogance, though they were convinced in their hearts [of their veracity]. So observe how the fate of the agents of corruption was!
27:15
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ عِلْمًا ۖ وَقَالَا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي فَضَّلَنَا عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
*Na hakika tuliwapa Daudi na Sulaiman ilimu, na wakasema: Alhamdu Lillahi, Kuhimidiwa kote ni kwa Mwenyezi Mungu aliye tufadhilisha kuliko wengi katika waja wake Waumini.
*Certainly, We gave knowledge to David and Solomon, and they said, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, who granted us an advantage over many of His faithful servants.’
27:16
وَوَرِثَ سُلَيْمَانُ دَاوُودَ ۖ وَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عُلِّمْنَا مَنْطِقَ الطَّيْرِ وَأُوتِينَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْمُبِينُ
*Na Sulaiman alimrithi Daudi, na akasema: Enyi watu! Tumefunzwa usemi wa ndege, na tumepewa kila kitu. Hakika hii ni fadhila iliyo dhaahiri.
*Solomon inherited from David, and he said, ‘O people! We have been taught the speech of the birds, and we have been given out of everything. Indeed this is a manifest advantage.’
27:17
وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
*Na alikusanyiwa Sulaiman majeshi yake ya majini, na watu, na ndege; nayo yakapangwa kwa nidhamu.
*[Once] Solomon’s hosts were marched out for him, comprising jinn, humans and birds, and they were held in check.
27:18
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
*Mpaka walipo fika kwenye bonde la wadudu chungu, alisema mdudu chungu mmoja: Enyi wadudu chungu! Ingieni majumbani mwenu, asikupondeni Sulaiman na majeshi yake bila ya wao kutambua.
*When they came to the Valley of Ants, an ant said, ‘O ants! Enter your dwellings, lest Solomon and his hosts should trample on you while they are unaware.’
27:19
فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكًا مِنْ قَوْلِهَا وَقَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَدْخِلْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ
*Basi (Sulaiman) akatabasamu akacheka kwa neno hili, na akasema: Ee Mola wangu Mlezi! Nizindue niishukuru neema yako uliyo nineemesha mimi na wazazi wangu, na nipate kutenda mema uyapendayo, na uniingize kwa rehema yako katika waja wako wema.
*Whereat he smiled, amused at its words, and he said, ‘My Lord! Inspire me to give thanks for Your blessing with which You have blessed me and my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds which please You, and admit me, by Your mercy, among Your righteous servants.’
27:20
وَتَفَقَّدَ الطَّيْرَ فَقَالَ مَا لِيَ لَا أَرَى الْهُدْهُدَ أَمْ كَانَ مِنَ الْغَائِبِينَ
*Na akawakagua ndege, na akasema: Imekuwaje, mbona simwoni Hud-hud, au amekuwa miongoni mwa walio ghibu?
*[One day] he reviewed the birds, and said, ‘Why do I not see the hoopoe? Or is he absent?’
27:21
لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
*Kwa yakini nitamuadhibu kwa adhabu kali, au nitamchinja, au aniletee hoja ya kutosha.
*‘I will punish him with a severe punishment, or I will behead him, unless he brings me a credible excuse.’
27:22
فَمَكَثَ غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ أَحَطْتُ بِمَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ وَجِئْتُكَ مِنْ سَبَإٍ بِنَبَإٍ يَقِينٍ
*Basi (Hud-hud) akakaa si mbali na akasema: Nimegundua usilo gundua wewe, na ninakujia hivi kutoka nchi ya Sabai, na nakuletea khabari za yakini.
*He did not stay for long [before he turned up] and said, ‘I have alighted on something which you have not alighted on, and I have brought you from Sheba a definite report.
27:23
إِنِّي وَجَدْتُ امْرَأَةً تَمْلِكُهُمْ وَأُوتِيَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ
*Hakika mimi nimemkuta mwanamke anawatawala, naye amepewa kila kitu, na anacho kiti cha enzi kikubwa.
*I found a woman ruling over them, and she has been given everything, and she has a great throne.
27:24
وَجَدْتُهَا وَقَوْمَهَا يَسْجُدُونَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَدَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ فَهُمْ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ
*Nimemkuta yeye na watu wake wanalisujudia jua badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu; na Shet´ani amewapambia vitendo vyao na akawazuilia Njia. Kwa hivyo hawakuongoka,
*I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of Allah, and Satan has made their deeds seem decorous to them—thus he has barred them from the way [of Allah], so they are not guided—
27:25
أَلَّا يَسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُخْرِجُ الْخَبْءَ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُخْفُونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ
*Na hawamsujudii Mwenyezi Mungu ambaye huyatoa yaliyo fichikana katika mbingu na ardhi, na anayajua mnayo yaficha na mnayo yatangaza.
*so that they do not prostrate themselves to Allah, who brings forth the hidden in the heavens and the earth, and He knows whatever you hide and whatever you disclose.
27:26
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ ۩
*Mwenyezi Mungu - hapana mungu ila Yeye, Mola Mlezi wa A´rshi tukufu..
*Allah—there is no god except Him—is the Lord of the Great Throne.’
27:27
قَالَ سَنَنْظُرُ أَصَدَقْتَ أَمْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
*Akasema (Sulaiman): Tutatazama umesema kweli au wewe ni miongoni mwa waongo.
*He said, ‘We shall see whether you are truthful, or if you are one of the liars.
27:28
اذْهَبْ بِكِتَابِي هَٰذَا فَأَلْقِهْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا يَرْجِعُونَ
*Nenda na barua yangu hii na uwafikishie, kisha waache na utazame watarejesha nini.
*Take this letter of mine and deliver it to them. Then draw away from them and observe what [response] they return.’
27:29
قَالَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ إِنِّي أُلْقِيَ إِلَيَّ كِتَابٌ كَرِيمٌ
*(Malkia) akasema: Enyi wahishimiwa! Hakika nimeletewa barua tukufu.
*She said, ‘O [members of the] elite! Indeed a noble letter has been delivered to me.
27:30
إِنَّهُ مِنْ سُلَيْمَانَ وَإِنَّهُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
*Imetoka kwa Sulaiman nayo ni: Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi wa rehema, Mwenye kurehemu.
*It is from Solomon, and it begins in the name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
27:31
أَلَّا تَعْلُوا عَلَيَّ وَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ
*Msinifanyie jeuri, na fikeni kwangu nanyi mmekwisha kuwa wenye kusalimu amri.
*[It states,] ‘‘Do not defy me, and come to me in submission.’’ ’
27:32
قَالَتْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَفْتُونِي فِي أَمْرِي مَا كُنْتُ قَاطِعَةً أَمْرًا حَتَّىٰ تَشْهَدُونِ
*Akasema: Enyi wahishimiwa! Nipeni shauri katika jambo langu hili, kwani mimi sikati shauri yoyote mpaka mhudhurie.
*She said, ‘O [members of the] elite! Give me your opinion concerning my matter. I do not decide any matter until you are present.’
27:33
قَالُوا نَحْنُ أُولُو قُوَّةٍ وَأُولُو بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ وَالْأَمْرُ إِلَيْكِ فَانْظُرِي مَاذَا تَأْمُرِينَ
*Wakasema: Sisi ni wenye nguvu na wakali kwa vita; na amri iko kwako, basi tazama ni nini unaamrisha.
*They said, ‘We are powerful and possess a great might. But it is up to you to command. So consider what orders you will give.’
27:34
قَالَتْ إِنَّ الْمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُوا قَرْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوا أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَا أَذِلَّةً ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ
*Akasema: Hakika wafalme wanapo uingia mji wanauharibu, na wanawafanya wale watukufu wake kuwa wanyonge. Na hivyo ndivyo watendavyo.
*She said, ‘Indeed when kings enter a town, they devastate it, and make the mightiest of its people the weakest. That is how they act.
27:35
وَإِنِّي مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِمْ بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنَاظِرَةٌ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
*Lakini mimi nitawapelekea zawadi, nami nitangoja watakayo rudi nayo wajumbe.
*I will send them a gift, and see what the envoys bring back.’
27:36
فَلَمَّا جَاءَ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَالٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا آتَاكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ
*Basi alipo fika (mjumbe) kwa Sulaiman, alisema (Sulaiman): Hivyo ndio nyinyi mnanisaidia kwa mali? Aliyo nipa Mwenyezi Mungu ni bora zaidi kuliko aliyo kupeni nyinyi. Lakini nyinyi mnafurahia hii zawadi yenu.
*So when he came to Solomon, he said, ‘Are you aiding me with wealth? What Allah has given me is better than what He has given you. Indeed, you are proud of your gift!
27:37
ارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمْ فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بِجُنُودٍ لَا قِبَلَ لَهُمْ بِهَا وَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُمْ مِنْهَا أَذِلَّةً وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ
*Rejea kwao! Kwa yakini sisi tutawajia kwa majeshi wasio yaweza kuyakabili. Na hakika tutawatoa humo na hali wao wamekuwa madhalili na wanyonge.
*Go back to them, for we will come at them with hosts which they cannot face, and we will expel them from it, abased and degraded.’
27:38
قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ
*Akasema: Enyi wahishimiwa! Ni nani kati yenu atakaye niletea kiti chake cha enzi kabla hawajanijia nao wamekwisha salimu amri.
*He said, ‘O [members of the] elite! Which of you will bring me her throne before they come to me in submission?’
27:39
قَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَقَامِكَ ۖ وَإِنِّي عَلَيْهِ لَقَوِيٌّ أَمِينٌ
*Akasema: Afriti, katika majini: Mimi nitakuletea kabla hujainuka pahala pako hapo. Na mimi kwa hakika nina nguvu na muaminifu.
*An afreet from among the jinn said, ‘I will bring it to you before you rise from your place. I have the power to do it and am trustworthy.’
27:40
قَالَ الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عِلْمٌ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ مُسْتَقِرًّا عِنْدَهُ قَالَ هَٰذَا مِنْ فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَنْ شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ
*Akasema mwenye ilimu ya Kitabu: Mimi nitakuletea kabla ya kupepesa jicho lako. Basi alipo kiona kimewekwa mbele yake, akasema: Haya ni katika fadhila zake Mola wangu Mlezi, ili anijaribu nitashukuru au nitakufuru. Na mwenye kushukuru, kwa hakika, anashukuru kwa manufaa ya nafsi yake; na anaye kufuru, kwa hakika Mola wangu Mlezi ni Mkwasi na Karimu.
*The one who had knowledge of the Book said, ‘I will bring it to you in the twinkling of an eye.’ So when he saw it set near him, he said, ‘This is by the grace of my Lord, to test me if I will give thanks or be ungrateful. Whoever gives thanks, gives thanks only for his own sake. And whoever is ungrateful [should know that] my Lord is indeed all-sufficient, all-generous.’
27:41
قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنْظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ
*Akasema: Mgeuzieni kiti chake cha enzi hiki, tuone ataongoka, au atakuwa miongoni mwa wasio ongoka.
*He said, ‘Disguise her throne for her, so that we may see whether she is discerning or if she is one of the undiscerning ones.’
27:42
فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ قِيلَ أَهَٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ ۖ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ ۚ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ
*Basi (Malkia) alipo fika akaambiwa: Je! Kiti chako cha enzi ni kama hiki? Akasema: Kama kwamba ndicho hichi. (Sulaiman na watu wake wakasema): Na sisi tumepewa ilimu kabla yake (Malkia), na tukawa Waislamu.
*So when she came, it was said [to her], ‘Is your throne like this one?’ She said, ‘It seems to be the same, and we were informed before it, and we had submitted.’
27:43
وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
*Na yale aliyo kuwa akiyaabudu badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu yalimzuilia. Hakika yeye (Malkia) alikuwa katika kaumu ya makafiri.
*She had been barred [from the way of Allah] by what she used to worship besides Allah, for she belonged to a faithless people.
27:44
قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَنْ سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُمَرَّدٌ مِنْ قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
*Akaambiwa: Liingie behewa la hili jumba. Alipo liona alidhani ni maji, na akapandisha nguo mpaka kwenye miundi yake. (Sulaiman) akasema: Hakika hilo ni behewa lilio sakafiwa kwa viyoo! Akasema (Malkia): Mola wangu Mlezi! Mimi nimejidhulumu nafsi yangu, na sasa nanyenyekea pamoja na Sulaiman kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, Mola Mlezi wa walimwengu wote.
*It was said to her, ‘Enter the palace.’ So when she saw it, she supposed it to be a pool of water, and she bared her shanks. He said, ‘It is a palace paved with crystal.’ She said, ‘My Lord! Indeed I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.’
27:45
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ فَإِذَا هُمْ فَرِيقَانِ يَخْتَصِمُونَ
*Na kwa kina Thamud tulimtuma ndugu yao Saleh kuwaambia: Muabuduni Mwenyezi Mungu. Basi wakawa makundi mawili yanayo gombana.
*Certainly We sent to Thamud Salih, their brother, [with the summons:] ‘Worship Allah!’ But thereat they became two groups contending with each other.
27:46
قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ لَوْلَا تَسْتَغْفِرُونَ اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
*Akasema: Enyi watu wangu! Kwa nini mnauhimiza uwovu kabla ya wema? Kwa nini hamuombi msamaha kwa Mwenyezi Mungu ili mrehemewe?
*He said, ‘O My people! Why do you press for evil sooner than for good? Why do you not plead to Allah for forgiveness so that you may receive His mercy?’
27:47
قَالُوا اطَّيَّرْنَا بِكَ وَبِمَنْ مَعَكَ ۚ قَالَ طَائِرُكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تُفْتَنُونَ
*Wakasema: Tuna kisirani nawe na wale walio pamoja nawe. Yeye akasema: Uaguzi wa ukorofi wenu uko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu; lakini nyinyi ni watu mnao jaribiwa.
*They said, ‘We take you and those who are with you for a bad omen.’ He said, ‘Your bad omens are from Allah. Indeed, you are a people being tested.’
27:48
وَكَانَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
*Na walikuwamo mjini watu tisa wakifanya ufisadi katika nchi wala hawafanyi la maslaha.
*There were nine persons in the city who caused corruption in the land and did not set things right.
27:49
قَالُوا تَقَاسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ لَنُبَيِّتَنَّهُ وَأَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ لَنَقُولَنَّ لِوَلِيِّهِ مَا شَهِدْنَا مَهْلِكَ أَهْلِهِ وَإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ
*Wakasema: Apishaneni kwa Mwenyezi Mungu tutamshambulia usiku yeye na ahali zake; kisha tutamwambia mrithi wake: Sisi hatukuona maangamizo ya watu wake, na sisi bila ya shaka tunasema kweli.
*They said, ‘Swear by Allah that we will attack him and his family by night. Then we will tell his heir that we were not present at the murder of his family and that we speak the truth.’
27:50
وَمَكَرُوا مَكْرًا وَمَكَرْنَا مَكْرًا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
*Basi wakapanga mipango yao, na Sisi tukapanga mipango yetu, na wao hawatambui.
*They devised a plot, and We [too] devised a plan, but they were not aware.
27:51
فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ مَكْرِهِمْ أَنَّا دَمَّرْنَاهُمْ وَقَوْمَهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
*Basi angalia ulivyo kuwa mwisho wa mipango yao, ya kwamba tuliwaangamiza wao pamoja na watu wao wote.
*So observe how was the outcome of their plotting, as We destroyed them and all their people.
27:52
فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَاوِيَةً بِمَا ظَلَمُوا ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
*Basi hizo nyumba zao ni tupu kwa sababu ya walivyo dhulumu. Hakika bila ya shaka katika hayo ipo Ishara kwa watu wanao jua.
*So there lay their houses, fallen in ruin because of their wrongdoing. There is indeed a sign in that for a people who have knowledge.
27:53
وَأَنْجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ
*Na tukawaokoa wale walio amini na walio kuwa wanamchamngu.
*And We delivered those who had faith and were Godwary.
27:54
وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ وَأَنْتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ
*Na Lut´i alipo waambia watu wake: Je! Mnafanya uchafu nanyi mnaona?
*[We also sent] Lot, when he said to his people, ‘What! Do you commit this indecency while you look on?
27:55
أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُونَ
*Hivyo nyinyi mnawaingilia wanaume kwa matamanio badala ya wanawake? Hakika nyinyi ni watu mnao fanya ujinga kabisa!
*Do you approach men with [sexual] desire instead of women?! Indeed, you are a senseless lot!’
27:56
فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
*Basi haikuwa jawabu ya watu wake ila ni kusema: Wafukuzeni wafwasi wa Lut´i katika mji wenu. Hao ni watu wanao jitia usafi.
*But the only answer of his people was that they said, ‘Expel Lot’s family from your town! They are indeed a puritanical lot.’
27:57
فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ قَدَّرْنَاهَا مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
*Basi tukamwokoa yeye na ahali zake, isipo kuwa mkewe; tukamkadiria katika walio baki nyuma.
*So We delivered him and his family, except his wife. We ordained her to be among those who remained behind.
27:58
وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَسَاءَ مَطَرُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ
*Na tukawanyeshea mvua. Ni ovu kweli kweli hiyo mvua ya walio kwisha onywa.
*Then We poured down upon them a rain [of stones]. Evil was that rain for those who had been warned!
27:59
قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَىٰ عِبَادِهِ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَىٰ ۗ آللَّهُ خَيْرٌ أَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
*Sema: Alhamdu Lillahi! Kuhimidiwa ni kwa Mwenyezi Mungu! Na amani ishuke juu ya waja wake alio wateuwa. Je! Mwenyezi Mungu ni bora, au wale wanao washirikisha naye?
*Say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, and Peace be to the servants whom He has chosen.’ Is Allah better, or the partners they ascribe [to Him]?
27:60
أَمَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنْبَتْنَا بِهِ حَدَائِقَ ذَاتَ بَهْجَةٍ مَا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تُنْبِتُوا شَجَرَهَا ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ يَعْدِلُونَ
*AU NANI yule aliye ziumba mbingu na ardhi, na akakuteremshieni maji kutoka mbinguni, na kwa hayo tukaziotesha bustani zenye kupendeza? Nyinyi hamna uwezo wa kuiotesha miti yake. Je! Yupo mungu pamoja na Mwenyezi Mungu? Bali hao ni watu walio potoka.
*Is He who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down for you water from the sky, whereby We grow delightful gardens, whose trees you could never cause to grow...? What! Is there a god besides Allah? Indeed, they are a lot who equate [others with Allah].
27:61
أَمَّنْ جَعَلَ الْأَرْضَ قَرَارًا وَجَعَلَ خِلَالَهَا أَنْهَارًا وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ حَاجِزًا ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Au nani yule aliye ifanya ardhi mahali pa kutua, na akajaalia ndani yake mito, na akaweka milima? Na akaweka baina ya bahari mbili kiziwizi? Je! Yupo mungu pamoja na Mwenyezi Mungu? Bali wengi wao hawajui.
*Is He who made the earth an abode [for you], and made rivers [flowing] through it, and set firm mountains for it [’s stability], and set a barrier between the two seas...? What! Is there a god besides Allah? Indeed, most of them do not know.
27:62
أَمَّنْ يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
*Au nani yule anaye mjibu mwenye shida pale anapo mwomba, na akaiondoa dhiki, na akakufanyeni warithi wa ardhi? Je! Yupo mungu pamoja na Mwenyezi Mungu? Ni machache mnayo yazingatia.
*Is He who answers the call of the distressed [person] when he invokes Him and removes his distress, and makes you successors on the earth...? What! Is there a god besides Allah? Little is the admonition that you take.
27:63
أَمَّنْ يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَمَنْ يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ تَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
*Au nani yule anaye kuongoeni katika giza la bara na bahari, na akazipeleka pepo kuleta bishara kabla ya rehema zake? Je! Yupo mungu pamoja na Mwenyezi Mungu? Ametukuka Mwenyezi Mungu juu ya wanao washirikisha naye.
*Is He who guides you in the darkness of land and sea and who sends the winds as harbingers of His mercy...? What! Is there a god besides Allah? Exalted is Allah above [having] any partners that they ascribe [to Him].
27:64
أَمَّنْ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَمَنْ يَرْزُقُكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Au nani anaye uanzisha uumbaji, kisha akaurejesha? Na nani anaye kuruzukuni kutoka mbinguni na kwenye ardhi? Je! Yupo mungu pamoja na Mwenyezi Mungu? Sema: Leteni hoja zenu kama nyinyi ni wasema kweli.
*Is He who originates the creation, then He will bring it back, and who provides for you from the sky and the earth...? What! Is there a god besides Allah? Say, ‘Produce your evidence, if you are truthful.’
27:65
قُلْ لَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۚ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
*Sema: Hapana katika mbingu na ardhi ajuaye ya ghaibu isipo kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Wala wao hawajui lini watafufuliwa.
*Say, ‘No one in the heavens or the earth knows the Unseen except Allah, and they are not aware when they will be resurrected.’
27:66
بَلِ ادَّارَكَ عِلْمُهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْهَا ۖ بَلْ هُمْ مِنْهَا عَمُونَ
*Kwani huo ujuzi wao umefikilia kuijua Akhera? Bali wao wamo katika shaka nayo tu, bali wao ni vipofu nayo.
*Do they comprehend the knowledge of the Hereafter? No, they are in doubt about it. Indeed, they are blind to it.
27:67
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَإِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا وَآبَاؤُنَا أَئِنَّا لَمُخْرَجُونَ
*Na wakasema walio kufuru: Tutapo kuwa mchanga, sisi na baba zetu, hivyo kweli tutakuja tolewa?
*The faithless say, ‘What! When we and our fathers have become dust shall we be raised [from the dead]?
27:68
لَقَدْ وُعِدْنَا هَٰذَا نَحْنُ وَآبَاؤُنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
*Haya haya tuliahidiwa sisi na baba zetu zamani. Hayakuwa haya ila ni hadithi za uwongo za watu wa kale.
*We and our fathers were promised this before. [But] these are just myths of the ancients.’
27:69
قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
*Sema: Nendeni katika ardhi, na tazameni ulikuwaje mwisho wa wakosefu.
*Say, ‘Travel over the land and observe how was the fate of the guilty.’
27:70
وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا تَكُنْ فِي ضَيْقٍ مِمَّا يَمْكُرُونَ
*Wala usiwahuzunukie wala usiwe katika dhiki kwa sababu ya hila zao wanazo zifanya.
*Do not grieve for them, and do not be upset by their guile.
27:71
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Na wanasema: Ahadi hii itatokea lini, ikiwa mnasema kweli?
*They say, ‘When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?’
27:72
قُلْ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَكُونَ رَدِفَ لَكُمْ بَعْضُ الَّذِي تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
*Sema: Asaa ni karibu kukufikieni sehemu ya yale mnayo yahimiza.
*Say, ‘Perhaps there is right behind you some of what you seek to hasten.’
27:73
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ
*Na hakika Mola wako Mlezi ni Mwenye fadhila kwa watu, lakini wengi wao hawashukuru.
*Indeed your Lord is gracious to mankind, but most of them do not give thanks.
27:74
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ
*Na hakika Mola wako Mlezi anayajua yanayo ficha vifua vyao na wanayo yatangaza.
*Your Lord knows whatever their breasts conceal, and whatever they disclose.
27:75
وَمَا مِنْ غَائِبَةٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ
*Na hakuna siri katika mbingu na ardhi ila imo katika Kitabu kinacho bainisha.
*There is no invisible thing in the heaven and the earth but it is in a manifest Book.
27:76
إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَقُصُّ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
*Hakika Qur´ani hii inawasimulia Wana wa Israili mengi wanayo khitalifiana nayo.
*This Quran recounts for the Children of Israel most of what they differ about,
27:77
وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
*Nayo hakika ni Uwongofu na Rehema kwa Waumini.
*and it is indeed a guidance and mercy for the faithful.
27:78
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ بِحُكْمِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ
*Hakika Mola wako Mlezi atawahukumu kwa hukumu yake, naye ni Mwenye nguvu Mjuzi.
*Your Lord will decide between them by His judgement, and He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing.
27:79
فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ الْمُبِينِ
*Basi mtegemee Mweneyezi Mungu; hakika wewe uko juu ya Haki iliyo wazi.
*So put your trust in Allah, for you indeed stand on the manifest truth.
27:80
إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
*Kwa hakika wewe huwezi kuwafanya maiti wasikie, wala kuwafanya viziwi wasikie wito, wanapo kwisha geuka kwenda zao.
*You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf listen to your call when they turn their backs,
27:81
وَمَا أَنْتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَنْ ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ إِنْ تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ
*Wala huwezi kuwaongoa vipofu waache upotovu wao. Huwezi kuwafanya wasikie isipo kuwa wenye kuziamini Ishara zetu; na hao ndio wat´iifu.
*nor can you lead the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear you who believe in Our signs and have submitted.
27:82
وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ
*Na itapo waangukia kauli juu yao, tutawatolea mnyama katika ardhi atakaye wasemeza, ya kuwa watu walikuwa hawana na yakini na Ishara zetu.
*When the word [of judgement] falls upon them, We shall bring out for them an Animal from the earth who shall tell them that the people had no faith in Our signs.
27:83
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ فَوْجًا مِمَّنْ يُكَذِّبُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
*Na Siku tutapo kusanya kutoka kila umma kundi katika wanao kadhibisha Ishara zetu, nao watagawanywa mafungu mafungu.
*On that day We shall resurrect from every nation a group of those who denied Our signs, and they will be held in check.
27:84
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوا قَالَ أَكَذَّبْتُمْ بِآيَاتِي وَلَمْ تُحِيطُوا بِهَا عِلْمًا أَمَّاذَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
*Hata watakapo fika, atasema (Mwenyezi Mungu): Je! Nyinyi si mlizikanusha Ishara zangu pasipo kuzijua vyema? Au mlikuwa mkifanya nini?
*When they come, He will say, ‘Did you deny My signs without comprehending them in knowledge? What was it that you used to do?’
27:85
وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنْطِقُونَ
*Na kauli itawaangukia juu yao kwa vile walivyo dhulumu. Basi hao hawatasema lolote.
*And the word [of judgement] shall fall upon them for their wrongdoing, and they will not speak.
27:86
أَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا جَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِيَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Je! Hawaoni kwamba sisi tumeufanya usiku ili watulie, na mchana wa kuangaza. Hakika katika hayo zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao amini.
*Do they not see that We made the night that they may rest in it, and the day to provide visibility. There are indeed signs in that for a people who have faith.
27:87
وَيَوْمَ يُنْفَخُ فِي الصُّورِ فَفَزِعَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوْهُ دَاخِرِينَ
*Na Siku litapo pulizwa baragumu, watahangaika waliomo mbinguni na katika ardhi, ila amtakaye Mwenyezi Mungu. Na wote watamfikia nao ni wanyonge.
*The day when the trumpet is blown, whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be terrified, except such as Allah wishes, and all will come to Him in utter humility.
27:88
وَتَرَى الْجِبَالَ تَحْسَبُهَا جَامِدَةً وَهِيَ تَمُرُّ مَرَّ السَّحَابِ ۚ صُنْعَ اللَّهِ الَّذِي أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ ۚ إِنَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَفْعَلُونَ
*Na unaiona milima unaidhunia imetulia; nayo inakwenda kama mwendo wa mawingu. Huo ndio ufundi wa Mwenyezi Mungu aliye tengeneza vilivyo kila kitu. Hakika Yeye anazo khabari za yote myatendayo.
*You see the mountains, which you suppose, to be stationary, while they drift like passing clouds—the handiwork of Allah who has made everything faultless. He is indeed well aware of what you do.
27:89
مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ خَيْرٌ مِنْهَا وَهُمْ مِنْ فَزَعٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ آمِنُونَ
*Watakao kuja na mema, watapata bora kuliko hayo. Nao watasalimika na mahangaiko ya Siku hiyo.
*Whoever brings virtue shall receive [a reward] better than it; and on that day they will be secure from terror.
27:90
وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَكُبَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
*Na watakao kuja na uovu, basi zitasunukishwa nyuso zao Motoni. Je! Kwani mnalipwa isipo kuwa mliyo kuwa mkiyatenda?
*But whoever brings vice—they shall be cast on their faces into the Fire [and told:] ‘Shall you not be requited for what you used to do?’
27:91
إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَٰذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
*Ama mimi nimeamrishwa nimuabudu Mola Mlezi wa mji huu aliye ufanya ni mtakatifu; na ni vyake Yeye tu vitu vyote. Na nimeamrishwa niwe miongoni mwa Waislamu, wenye kunyenyekea.
*[Say], ‘I have been commanded to worship the Lord of this city who has made it inviolable and to whom all things belong, and I have been commanded to be among those who submit [to Allah],
27:92
وَأَنْ أَتْلُوَ الْقُرْآنَ ۖ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُنْذِرِينَ
*Na niisome Qur´ani. Na mwenye kuongoka, basi ameongoka kwa faida ya nafsi yake; na aliye potea - basi sema: Hakika mimi ni miongoni mwa waonyaji.
*and to recite the Quran.’ Whoever is guided is guided only for his own good, and as for him who goes astray, say, ‘I am just one of the warners.’
27:93
وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ سَيُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ فَتَعْرِفُونَهَا ۚ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
*Na sema: Alhamdu Lillahi, Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu. Yeye atakuonyesheni Ishara zake, na mtazijua. Na Mola wako Mlezi si mwenye kughafilika na myatendayo.
*And say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah. Soon He will show you His signs, and you will recognize them.’ Your Lord is not oblivious of what you do.
