Sura 46 - Al-Ahqaf

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
46:1
حم
*H´A MIM
*Ha, Meem.
46:2
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
*Uteremsho wa Kitabu umetoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye hikima.
*The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.
46:3
مَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۚ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَمَّا أُنْذِرُوا مُعْرِضُونَ
*Hatukuziumba mbingu na ardhi wala yaliyomo baina yake ila kwa haki na kwa muda maalumu. Na walio kufuru wanayapuuza yale wanayo onywa.
*We did not create the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them except with consummate wisdom and for a specified term. Yet the faithless are disregardful of what they are warned.
46:4
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ ۖ ائْتُونِي بِكِتَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ هَٰذَا أَوْ أَثَارَةٍ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Je! Mwawaona wale mnao waomba badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu? Nionyesheni wameumba nini katika ardhi; au hao wanayo shirika katika mbingu? Nileteeni Kitabu kilicho kuwa kabla ya hiki, au alama yoyote ya ilimu, ikiwa mnasema kweli.
*Say, ‘Tell me about those you invoke besides Allah. Show me what [part] of the earth have they created. Do they have any share in the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this, or some vestige of [divine] knowledge, if you are truthful.’
46:5
وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنْ يَدْعُو مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَا يَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُمْ عَنْ دُعَائِهِمْ غَافِلُونَ
*Na nani mpotofu mkubwa kuliko hao wanao waomba, badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, ambao hawatawaitikia mpaka Siku ya Kiyama, na wala hawatambui maombi yao.
*Who is more astray than him who invokes besides Allah such [entities] as would not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection, and who are oblivious of their invocation?
46:6
وَإِذَا حُشِرَ النَّاسُ كَانُوا لَهُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَكَانُوا بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ
*Na ambao watu watakapo kusanywa watakuwa maadui zao, na wataikataa ibada yao.
*When mankind are mustered [on Judgement’s Day] they will be their enemies, and they will disavow their worship.
46:7
وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
*Na wanapo somewa Aya zetu zilizo wazi, walio kufuru husema juu ya haki inapo wajia: Huu ni uchawi dhaahiri.
*When Our manifest signs are recited to them, the faithless say of the truth when it comes to them: ‘This is plain magic.’
46:8
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ ۖ قُلْ إِنِ افْتَرَيْتُهُ فَلَا تَمْلِكُونَ لِي مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا ۖ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِ ۖ كَفَىٰ بِهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
*Au wanasema: Ameizua mwenyewe! Sema: Ikiwa nimeizua mimi, basi nyinyi hamwezi kunifaa chochote mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Yeye anajua zaidi hayo mnayo ropokwa; anatosha kuwa shahidi baina yangu na nyinyi. Na Yeye ndiye Mwenye kusamehe, Mwenye kurehemu.
*Or they say, ‘He has fabricated it.’ Say, ‘Should I have fabricated it, you would not avail me anything against Allah. He best knows what you gossip concerning it. He suffices as a witness between me and you, and He is the All-forgiving, the All-merciful.’
46:9
قُلْ مَا كُنْتُ بِدْعًا مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ ۖ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
*Sema: Mimi si kiroja miongoni mwa Mitume. Wala sijui nitakavyo fanywa wala nyinyi. Mimi nafuata niliyo funuliwa tu kwa Wahyi, wala mimi si chochote ila ni mwonyaji mwenye kudhihirisha wazi.
*Say, ‘I am not a novelty among the apostles, nor do I know what will be done with me, or with you. I just follow whatever is revealed to me, and I am just a manifest warner.’
46:10
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُمْ بِهِ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثْلِهِ فَآمَنَ وَاسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
*Sema: Mwaonaje yakiwa haya ni kweli yametoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, nanyi mmeyakataa, na akashuhudia shahidi miongoni mwa Wana wa Israili juu ya mfano wa haya, na akaamini, na nyinyi mnafanya kiburi? Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu hawaongoi watu wenye kudhulumu.
*Say, ‘Tell me, if it is from Allah and you disbelieve in it, and a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to its like and believed [in it], while you are disdainful [of it]?’ Indeed Allah does not guide the wrongdoing lot.
46:11
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَوْ كَانَ خَيْرًا مَا سَبَقُونَا إِلَيْهِ ۚ وَإِذْ لَمْ يَهْتَدُوا بِهِ فَسَيَقُولُونَ هَٰذَا إِفْكٌ قَدِيمٌ
*Na walio kufuru waliwaambia walio amini: Lau kuwa hii ni kheri, wasingeli tutangulia. Na walipo kosa kuongoka wakasema: Huu ni uzushi wa zamani.
*The faithless say about the faithful, ‘Had it been [anything] good, they would not have taken the lead over us toward [accepting] it.’ And since they could not find the way to it, they will say, ‘It is an ancient lie.’
46:12
وَمِنْ قَبْلِهِ كِتَابُ مُوسَىٰ إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً ۚ وَهَٰذَا كِتَابٌ مُصَدِّقٌ لِسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِيُنْذِرَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ
*Na kabla yake kilikuwapo Kitabu cha Musa, kuwa chenye uwongozi na rehema. Na hichi ni Kitabu cha kusadikisha na kilicho kuja kwa lugha ya Kiarabu, ili kiwaonye walio dhulumu, na kiwe ni bishara kwa watendao mema.
*Yet before it the Book of Moses was a guide and mercy, and this is a Book in the Arabic language, which confirms it, [sent] to warn the wrongdoers, and is a [bearer of] good news for the virtuous.
46:13
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَقَامُوا فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
*Hakika walio sema: Mola wetu Mlezi ni Mwenyezi Mungu; kisha wakatengenea, hawatakuwa na khofu, wala hawatahuzunika.
*Those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allah,’ and then remain steadfast, they will have no fear, nor will they grieve.
46:14
أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
*Hao ndio watu wa Peponi, watadumu humo, kuwa ni malipo kwa waliyo kuwa wakiyatenda.
*They shall be the inhabitants of paradise, remaining in it [forever]—a reward for what they used to do.
46:15
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا ۖ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا ۖ وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا ۚ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
*Na tumemuusia mwanaadamu awatendee wema wazazi wake wawili. Mama yake amechukua mimba yake kwa taabu, na akamzaa kwa taabu. Na kuchukua mimba kwake hata kumwachisha ziwa ni miezi thalathini. Hata anapo fika utu uzima wake, na akafikilia miaka arubaini, husema: Mola wangu Mlezi! Niwezeshe nishukuru neema zako ulizo nineemesha mimi na wazazi wangu, na nitende mema unayo yapenda. Na unitengenezee dhuriya zangu. Hakika mimi nimetubu kwako, na mimi ni miongoni mwa Waislamu.
*We have enjoined man to be kind to his parents. His mother has carried him in travail, and bore him in travail, and his gestation and weaning take thirty months. When he comes of age and reaches forty years, he says, ‘My Lord! Inspire me to give thanks for Your blessing with which You have blessed me and my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds which please You, and invest my descendants with righteousness. Indeed I have turned to you in penitence, and I am one of the Muslims.’
46:16
أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ نَتَقَبَّلُ عَنْهُمْ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا وَنَتَجَاوَزُ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ فِي أَصْحَابِ الْجَنَّةِ ۖ وَعْدَ الصِّدْقِ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ
*Hao ndio tunao wapokelea bora ya vitendo vyao walivyo vitenda, na tunayasamehe makosa yao. Watakuwa miongoni mwa watu wa Peponi. Miadi ya kweli hiyo walio ahidiwa.
*Such are the ones from whom We accept the best of what they do, and overlook their misdeeds, [who will be] among the inhabitants of paradise—a true promise which they had been given.
46:17
وَالَّذِي قَالَ لِوَالِدَيْهِ أُفٍّ لَكُمَا أَتَعِدَانِنِي أَنْ أُخْرَجَ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ الْقُرُونُ مِنْ قَبْلِي وَهُمَا يَسْتَغِيثَانِ اللَّهَ وَيْلَكَ آمِنْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَيَقُولُ مَا هَٰذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
*Na ambaye amewafyonya wazazi wake na akawaambia: Ati ndio mnanitisha kuwa nitafufuliwa, na hali vizazi vingi vimekwisha pita kabla yangu! Na hao wazazi humwomba msaada Mwenyezi Mungu (na humwambia mtoto wao): Ole wako! Amini! Hakika ahadi ya Mwenyezi Mungu ni kweli. Na yeye husema: Hayakuwa haya ila ni visa vya watu wa kale.
*As for him who says to his parents, ‘Fie on you! Do you promise me that I shall be raised [from the dead] when generations have passed away before me?’ And they invoke Allah’s help [and say]: ‘Woe to you! Believe! Indeed Allah’s promise is true.’ But he says, ‘These are nothing but myths of the ancients.’
46:18
أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلُ فِي أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا خَاسِرِينَ
*Hao ndio ambao imehakikikishwa hukumu juu yao kama mataifa yaliyo kwisha pita kabla yao miongoni mwa majini na watu. Hakika hao wamekuwa wenye kukhasiri.
*Such are the ones against whom the word has become due, along with the nations of jinn and humans that have passed away before them. They were the losers.
46:19
وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِمَّا عَمِلُوا ۖ وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ
*Na wote watakuwa na daraja zao mbali mbali kwa waliyo yatenda, na ili awalipe kwa vitendo vyao, na wala hawatadhulumiwa.
*For everyone there are degrees [of merit] pertaining to what he has done: He will recompense them fully for their works, and they will not be wronged.
46:20
وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ
*Na siku watakapo letwa walio kufuru kwenye Moto wataambiwa: Nyinyi mlitwaa vitu vyenu vizuri katika uhai wa duniani, na mkastareheshwa navyo. Basi leo ndio mnalipwa adhabu ya fedheha kwa mlivyo kuwa mkitakabari katika ardhi bila ya haki, na kwa sababu mlikuwa mkifanya upotovu.
*The day when the faithless are exposed to the Fire, [they will be told,] ‘You have exhausted your good things in the life of the world and enjoyed them. So today you will be requited with a humiliating punishment for your acting arrogantly in the earth unduly, and because you used to transgress.’
46:21
وَاذْكُرْ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذْ أَنْذَرَ قَوْمَهُ بِالْأَحْقَافِ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ النُّذُرُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا اللَّهَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
*Na mtaje ndugu wa kina A´di, alipo waonya watu wake kwenye vilima vya mchanga. Na kwa yakini waonyaji wengi walitokea kabla yake na baada yake kuwaambia: Msimuabudu isipo kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Hakika mimi nakukhofieni isikupateni adhabu ya siku iliyo kuu.
*And mention [Hud] the brother of ‘Ad, when he warned his people at Ahqaf—and warners have passed away before and after him—saying, ‘Do not worship anyone but Allah. Indeed I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous day.’
46:22
قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا لِتَأْفِكَنَا عَنْ آلِهَتِنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
*Wakasema: Je! Umetujia ili ututenge mbali na miungu yetu? Basi tuletee hayo unayo tuahidi ikiwa wewe ni miongoni mwa wasemao kweli.
*They said, ‘Have you come to turn us away from our gods? Then bring us what you threaten us with, if you are truthful.
46:23
قَالَ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَأُبَلِّغُكُمْ مَا أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَلَٰكِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ
*Akasema: Hakika ujuzi uko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Mimi nakufikishieni niliyo tumwa. Lakini nakuoneni kuwa nyinyi mnafanya ujinga.
*He said, ‘The knowledge [of when that threat will be carried out] is with Allah alone. I communicate to you what I have been sent with. But I see that you are a senseless lot.’
46:24
فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا هَٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُمْطِرُنَا ۚ بَلْ هُوَ مَا اسْتَعْجَلْتُمْ بِهِ ۖ رِيحٌ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
*Basi walipo liona wingu likielekea kwenye mabonde yao, walisema: Wingu hili la kutunyeshea mvua! Kumbe sivyo, haya ni hayo mliyo yahimiza, upepo ambao ndani yake imo adhabu chungu!
*When they saw it as a cloud advancing toward their valleys, they said, ‘This cloud brings us rain.’ ‘No, it is what you sought to hasten: a hurricane carrying a painful punishment,
46:25
تُدَمِّرُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِأَمْرِ رَبِّهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا لَا يُرَىٰ إِلَّا مَسَاكِنُهُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْقَوْمَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
*Unaangamiza kila kitu kwa amri ya Mola wake Mlezi. Wakawa hawaonekani ila nyumba zao tu. Hivyo ndivyo tuwalipavyo wakosefu!
*destroying everything by its Lord’s command.’ So they became such that nothing could be seen except their dwellings. Thus do We requite the guilty lot.
46:26
وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِيمَا إِنْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِيهِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ سَمْعًا وَأَبْصَارًا وَأَفْئِدَةً فَمَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُمْ سَمْعُهُمْ وَلَا أَبْصَارُهُمْ وَلَا أَفْئِدَتُهُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِذْ كَانُوا يَجْحَدُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
*Na bila ya shaka tuliwaweka vizuri sio kama tulivyo kuwekeni nyinyi; na tuliwapa masikio, na macho, na nyoyo. Na hayakuwafaa kitu masikio yao, wala macho yao, wala nyoyo zao kwa lolote. Kwani hao walikuwa wakizikataa Ishara za Mwenyezi Mungu, na yale waliyo kuwa wakiyafanyia maskhara ndiyo yakawazunguka.
*Certainly We had granted them power in respects that We have not granted you, and We had vested them with hearing and sight and hearts. But neither their hearing availed them in any way nor did their sight, nor their hearts when they used to impugn the signs of Allah. So they were besieged by what they used to deride.
46:27
وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا مَا حَوْلَكُمْ مِنَ الْقُرَىٰ وَصَرَّفْنَا الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
*Na hakika tuliiangamiza miji ilio jirani zenu, na tulizitumia Ishara ili wapate kurejea.
*Certainly We have destroyed the towns that were around you, and We have variously paraphrased the signs so that they may come back.
46:28
فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قُرْبَانًا آلِهَةً ۖ بَلْ ضَلُّوا عَنْهُمْ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
*Basi mbona wale walio washika badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, kuwa ati hao ndio wawakurubishe, hawakuwanusuru? Bali waliwapotea! Na huo ndio uwongo walio kuwa wakiuzua.
*So why did not those [fake deities] help them whom they had taken as gods besides Allah, as a means of nearness [to Him]? Indeed, they forsook them; that was their lie and what they used to fabricate.
46:29
وَإِذْ صَرَفْنَا إِلَيْكَ نَفَرًا مِنَ الْجِنِّ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقُرْآنَ فَلَمَّا حَضَرُوهُ قَالُوا أَنْصِتُوا ۖ فَلَمَّا قُضِيَ وَلَّوْا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِمْ مُنْذِرِينَ
*Na wakati tulipo waleta kundi la majini kuja kwako kusikiliza Qur´ani. Basi walipo ihudhuria walisema: Sikilizeni! Na ilipo kwisha somwa, walirudi kwa kaumu yao kwenda kuwaonya.
*When We dispatched toward you a team of jinn listening to the Quran, when they were in its presence, they said, ‘Be silent!’ When it was finished, they went back to their people as warners.
46:30
قَالُوا يَا قَوْمَنَا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا كِتَابًا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مُوسَىٰ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْحَقِّ وَإِلَىٰ طَرِيقٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
*Wakasema: Enyi kaumu yetu! Sisi tumesikia Kitabu kilicho teremshwa baada ya Musa, kinacho sadikisha yaliyo kuwa kabla yake, na kinacho ongoza kwenye Haki na kwenye Njia Iliyo Nyooka.
*They said, ‘O our people! Indeed, we have heard a Book, which has been sent down after Moses, confirming what was before it. It guides to the truth and to a straight path.
46:31
يَا قَوْمَنَا أَجِيبُوا دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ وَآمِنُوا بِهِ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
*Enyi kaumu yetu! Muitikieni Mwenye kuitia kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, na muaminini, Mwenyezi Mungu atakusameheni, na atakukingeni na adhabu chungu.
*O our people! Respond to Allah’s summoner and have faith in Him. He will forgive you some of your sins and shelter you from a painful punishment.’
46:32
وَمَنْ لَا يُجِبْ دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
*Na wasio mwitikia Mwitaji wa Mwenyezi Mungu basi hao hawatashinda katika ardhi, wala hawatakuwa na walinzi mbele yake. Hao wamo katika upotovu ulio dhaahiri.
*Those who do not respond to Allah’s summoner cannot frustrate [Allah] on the earth, and they will not find any protectors besides Him. They are in manifest error.
46:33
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَعْيَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَىٰ أَنْ يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَىٰ ۚ بَلَىٰ إِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
*Je! Hawaoni ya kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu, aliye ziumba mbingu na ardhi, na hakuchoka kwa kuziumba, kuwa ni Muweza wa kuwafufua wafu? Kwani? Hakika Yeye ni Muweza wa kila kitu.
*Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and [who] was not exhausted by their creation, is able to revive the dead? Yes, indeed He has power over all things.
46:34
وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَلَيْسَ هَٰذَا بِالْحَقِّ ۖ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّنَا ۚ قَالَ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ
*Na siku watakapo letwa makafiri Motoni wakaambiwa: Je! Haya si kweli? Watasema: Kwani? Tunaapa kwa Mola wetu Mlezi, ni kweli! Atasema: Basi onjeni adhabu kwa sababu ya kule kukataa kwenu.
*The day when the faithless are exposed to the Fire, [He will say,] ‘Is this not a fact?’ They will say, ‘Yes, by our Lord!’ He will say, ‘So taste the punishment because of what you used to disbelieve.’
46:35
فَاصْبِرْ كَمَا صَبَرَ أُولُو الْعَزْمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلْ لَهُمْ ۚ كَأَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ مَا يُوعَدُونَ لَمْ يَلْبَثُوا إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ ۚ بَلَاغٌ ۚ فَهَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
*Basi subiri, kama walivyo subiri Mitume wenye stahmala kubwa, wala usiwafanyie haraka. Siku watakayo yaona waliyo ahidiwa itakuwa kama kwamba hawakukaa ulimwenguni ila saa moja ya mchana. Huu ndio ufikisho! Kwani huangamizwa wengine isipo kuwa walio waovu tu?
*So be patient just as the resolute among the apostles were patient, and do not seek to hasten [the punishment] for them. The day when they see what they are promised, [it will be] as though they had remained [in the world] only an hour of a day. This is a proclamation. So shall anyone be destroyed except the transgressing lot?
