Sura 39 - Az-Zumar

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
39:1
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
*Mteremsho wa Kitabu hiki umetokana na Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye hikima.
*The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.
39:2
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ فَاعْبُدِ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ
*Hakika Sisi tumekuteremshia Kitabu hiki kwa Haki. Basi muabudu Mwenyezi Mungu ukimsafia Dini Yeye tu.
*Indeed We have sent down the Book to you with the truth; so worship Allah, putting exclusive faith in Him.
39:3
أَلَا لِلَّهِ الدِّينُ الْخَالِصُ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ مَا نَعْبُدُهُمْ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَا إِلَى اللَّهِ زُلْفَىٰ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي مَا هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ كَفَّارٌ
*Hakika Dini Safi ni ya Mwenyezi Mungu tu. Na wale wanao wafanya wenginewe kuwa ni walinzi wakisema: Sisi hatuwaabudu ila wapate kutujongeza tu kumkaribia Mwenyezi Mungu - Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu atahukumu baina yao katika wanayo khitalifiana. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu hamwongoi aliye mwongo kafiri.
*Indeed, only exclusive faith is worthy of Allah, and those who take other as awliya besides Him [claiming,] ‘We only worship them so that they may bring us near to Allah,’ Allah will judge between them concerning that about which they differ. Indeed Allah does not guide someone who is a liar and an ingrate.
39:4
لَوْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا لَاصْطَفَىٰ مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ ۖ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ
*Lau kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu angeli taka kuwa na mwana, basi bila ya shaka angeli teua amtakaye katika alio waumba. Subhanahu, Ametakasika na hayo! Yeye ni Mwenyezi Mungu Mmoja, Mtenda atakalo.
*Had Allah intended to take a son, He could have chosen from those He has created whatever He wished. Immaculate is He! He is Allah, the One, the All-paramount.
39:5
خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ يُكَوِّرُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۗ أَلَا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ
*Ameumba mbingu na ardhi kwa Haki. Hufunika usiku juu ya mchana, na hufunika mchana juu ya usiku. Na amefanya jua na mwezi vitumike. Kila kimojapo kinakwenda kwa kipindi kilicho wekewa. Jueni mtanabahi! Yeye ndiye Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kusamehe!
*He created the heavens and the earth with consummate wisdom. He winds the night over the day, and winds the day over the night, and He has disposed the sun and the moon, each moving for a specified term. Indeed, He is the All-mighty, the All-forgiver!
39:6
خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ ۚ يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِنْ بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُصْرَفُونَ
*Amekuumbeni kutokana na nafsi moja. Kisha akamfanya mwenziwe katika nafsi ile ile. Na akakuleteeni wanyama wa mifugo jozi nane. Anakuumbeni katika matumbo ya mama zenu, umbo baada ya umbo, katika viza vitatu. Huyu ndiye Mwenyezi Mungu Mola wenu Mlezi. Ufalme ni wake. Hapana mungu isipo kuwa Yeye. Basi nyinyi mnageuzwa wapi?
*He created you from a single soul, then made from it its mate, and He has sent down for you eight mates of the cattle. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in a threefold darkness. That is Allah, your Lord! To Him belongs all sovereignty. There is no god except Him. Then where are you being led away?
39:7
إِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْكُمْ ۖ وَلَا يَرْضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ ۖ وَإِنْ تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
*Mkikufuru basi Mwenyezi Mungu si mwenye haja nanyi, lakini hafurahii kufuru kwa waja wake. Na mkishukuru Yeye hufurahika nanyi. Wala mbebaji habebi mzigo wa mwingine. Kisha marejeo yenu ni kwa Mola wenu Mlezi. Hapo atakwambieni mliyo kuwa mkiyafanya. Hakika Yeye ni Mwenye kuyajua vyema yaliyomo vifuani.
*If you are ungrateful, Allah has indeed no need of you, though He does not approve ingratitude for His servants; and if you give thanks, He approves that for you. No bearer shall bear another’s burden; then your return will be to your Lord, whereat He will inform you concerning what you used to do. Indeed, He knows best what is in the breasts.
39:8
وَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنْسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَا رَبَّهُ مُنِيبًا إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُ نِعْمَةً مِنْهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو إِلَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَجَعَلَ لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۚ قُلْ تَمَتَّعْ بِكُفْرِكَ قَلِيلًا ۖ إِنَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ
*Na taabu inapo mfikia mtu humwomba Mola wake Mlezi naye ameelekea kwake. Kisha akimpa neema kutoka kwake, husahau yale aliyo kuwa akimwitia zamani, na akamfanyia Mwenyezi Mungu washirika ili apoteze watu njia yake. Sema: Starehe na ukafiri wako kwa muda mchache. Kwani hakika wewe utakuwa miongoni mwa watu wa Motoni.
*When distress befalls man, he supplicates his Lord, turning to Him penitently. Then, when He grants him a blessing from Himself, he forgets that for which he had supplicated Him earlier and sets up equals to Allah, that he may lead [people] astray from His way. Say, ‘Revel in your ingratitude for a while. Indeed you are among the inmates of the Fire.’
39:9
أَمَّنْ هُوَ قَانِتٌ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ سَاجِدًا وَقَائِمًا يَحْذَرُ الْآخِرَةَ وَيَرْجُو رَحْمَةَ رَبِّهِ ۗ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ۗ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
*Je! Afanyae ibada nyakati za usiku kwa kusujudu na kusimama akitahadhari na Akhera, na akitaraji rehema za Mola wake Mlezi...Sema: Ati watakuwa sawa wale wanao jua na wale wasio jua? Hakika wanao kumbuka ni watu wenye akili.
*Is he who supplicates in the watches of the night, prostrating and standing, apprehensive of the Hereafter and expecting the mercy of his Lord...? Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’ Only those who possess intellect take admonition.
39:10
قُلْ يَا عِبَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌ ۗ وَأَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةٌ ۗ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
*Sema: Enyi waja wangu mlio amini! Mcheni Mola wenu Mlezi. Wale wafanyao wema katika dunia hii watapata wema. Na ardhi ya Mwenyezi Mungu ni kunjufu. Hakika wenye subira watapewa ujira wao bila ya hisabu.
*Say, ‘[Allah declares:] “O My servants who have faith! Be wary of your Lord. For those who do good in this world there will be a good [reward], and Allah’s earth is vast. Indeed the patient will be paid in full their reward without any reckoning.” ’
39:11
قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ
*Sema: Hakika mimi nimeamrishwa nimuabudu Mwenyezi Mungu kwa kumsafishia Dini Yeye tu.
*Say, ‘I have been commanded to worship Allah with exclusive faith in Him,
39:12
وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
*Na nimeamrishwa niwe wa mwanzo wa Waislamu.
*and I have been commanded to be the foremost of those who submit [to Him].’
39:13
قُلْ إِنِّي أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
*Sema: Hakika mimi ninaogopa adhabu ya Siku Kubwa nikimuasi Mola wangu Mlezi.
*Say, ‘Indeed, should I disobey my Lord, I fear the punishment of a tremendous day.’
39:14
قُلِ اللَّهَ أَعْبُدُ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ دِينِي
*Sema: Mwenyezi Mungu tu namuabudu kwa kumsafishia Yeye tu Dini yangu.
*Say, ‘I worship [only] Allah, putting my exclusive faith in Him.
39:15
فَاعْبُدُوا مَا شِئْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ الْخَاسِرِينَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ أَلَا ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْخُسْرَانُ الْمُبِينُ
*Basi nyinyi abuduni mpendacho badala yake Yeye. Sema: Hakika walio khasirika ni wale walio jikhasiri nafsi zao na ahali zao Siku ya Kiyama. Tambueni kuwa hiyo ndiyo khasara iliyo dhaahiri.
*You worship whatever you wish besides Him.’ Say, ‘The losers are those who ruin themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection.’ Indeed, that is a manifest loss!
39:16
لَهُمْ مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمِنْ تَحْتِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ اللَّهُ بِهِ عِبَادَهُ ۚ يَا عِبَادِ فَاتَّقُونِ
*Yatawekwa juu yao mat´abaka ya moto, na chini yao mat´abaka. Kwa hayo Mwenyezi Mungu anawakhofisha waja wake. Enyi waja wangu! Nicheni Mimi!
*There will be canopies of fire above them, and [similar] canopies beneath them. With that Allah deters His servants. So, My servants, be wary of Me!
39:17
وَالَّذِينَ اجْتَنَبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوهَا وَأَنَابُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَىٰ ۚ فَبَشِّرْ عِبَادِ
*Na wale wanao jiepusha na ibada potovu, na wakarejea kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, watapata bishara njema. Basi wabashirie waja wangu.
*As for those who stay clear of the worship of fake deities and turn penitently to Allah, there is good news for them. So give good news to My servants
39:18
الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَاهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمْ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
*Ambao husikiliza maneno, wakafuata lilio bora yao. Hao ndio alio waongoa Mwenyezi Mungu, na hao ndio wenye akili.
*who listen to the word [of Allah] and follow the best [interpretation] of it. They are the ones whom Allah has guided, and it is they who possess intellect.
39:19
أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنْتَ تُنْقِذُ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ
*Je! Yule mwenye kustahiki hukumu ya adhabu, je, wewe unaweza kumwokoa aliyomo katika Moto?
*Can he against whom the word of punishment has become due…? Can you rescue someone who is in the Fire?
39:20
لَٰكِنِ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ لَهُمْ غُرَفٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهَا غُرَفٌ مَبْنِيَّةٌ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ الْمِيعَادَ
*Lakini walio mcha Mola wao Mlezi watapata ghorofa zilizo jengwa juu ya ghorofa; chini yake hupita mito. Ndiyo ahadi ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Mwenyezi Mungu havunji ahadi yake.
*But as for those who are wary of their Lord, for them there will be lofty abodes with [other] lofty abodes built above them, with streams running beneath them—a promise of Allah. Allah does not break His promise.
39:21
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَلَكَهُ يَنَابِيعَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعًا مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ حُطَامًا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ
*Je! Huoni kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu ameteremsha maji kutoka mbinguni. Kisha akayapitisha kwenye chemchem katika ardhi, kisha kwa maji hayo akatoa mimea yenye rangi mbali mbali? Kisha hunyauka ukaiona imekuwa kimanjano, na kisha huifanya mapepe. Bila ya shaka katika hayo upo ukumbusho kwa wenye akili.
*Have you not seen that Allah sends down water from the sky, then He conducts it through the ground as springs. Then He brings forth with it crops of diverse hues. Then they wither and you see them turn yellow. Then He turns them into chaff. There is indeed a lesson in that for those who possess intellect.
39:22
أَفَمَنْ شَرَحَ اللَّهُ صَدْرَهُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
*Je! Yule ambaye Mwenyezi Mungu amemfungulia kifua chake kwa Uislamu, na akawa yuko kwenye nuru itokayo kwa Mola wake Mlezi (ni sawa na mwenye moyo mgumu?) Basi ole wao wenye nyoyo ngumu zisio mkumbuka Mwenyezi Mungu! Hao wamo katika upotofu wa dhaahiri.
*Is someone whose breast Allah has opened to Islam so that he follows a light from His Lord…? So woe to those whose hearts have been hardened to the remembrance of Allah. They are in manifest error.
39:23
اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُتَشَابِهًا مَثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ameteremsha hadithi nzuri kabisa, Kitabu chenye kufanana na kukaririwa; husisimua kwacho ngozi za wenye kumkhofu Mola wao Mlezi. Kisha ngozi zao na nyoyo zao hulainika kwa kumkumbuka Mwenyezi Mungu. Huo ndio uwongofu wa Mwenyezi Mungu, na kwa huo humwongoa amtakaye. Na ambaye ameachwa na Mwenyezi Mungu kupotea, basi hapana wa kumwongoa.
*Allah has sent down the best of discourses, a scripture [composed] of similar motifs, whereat shiver the skins of those who fear their Lord, then their skins and hearts relax at Allah’s remembrance. That is Allah’s guidance, by which He guides whomever He wishes; and whomever Allah leads astray, has no guide.
39:24
أَفَمَنْ يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
*Je! Atakaye kuwa anapambana kwa uso wake na adhabu mbaya kabisa Siku ya Kiyama (ni sawa na watenda wema?) Na wataambiwa wenye kudhulumu: Onjeni hayo mliyo kuwa mkiyachuma!
*What! Is someone who fends off with his face the terrible punishment [meted out to him] on the Day of Resurrection…? And the wrongdoers will be told, ‘Taste what you used to earn.’
39:25
كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
*Walio kuwa kabla yao walikadhibisha , na ikawajia adhabu kutoka pahala wasipo patambua.
*Those who were before them impugned [the apostles], whereat the punishment overtook them whence they were not aware.
39:26
فَأَذَاقَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْخِزْيَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Basi Mwenyezi Mungu akawaonjesha hizaya katika uhai wa duniani. Na bila ya shaka adhabu ya Akhera ni kubwa zaidi; laiti wangeli jua!
*So Allah made them taste disgrace in the life of the world, and the punishment of the Hereafter will surely be greater, if they knew.
39:27
وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَثَلٍ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
*Na bila ya shaka tumewapigia watu mifano ya kila namna katika hii Qur´ani ili wapate kukumbuka.
*We have drawn for mankind in this Quran every [kind of] example, so that they may take admonition:
39:28
قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِي عِوَجٍ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ
*Qur´ani ya Kiarabu isiyo na upogo, ili wamche Mungu.
*an Arabic Quran, without any deviousness, so that they may be Godwary.
39:29
ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا رَجُلًا فِيهِ شُرَكَاءُ مُتَشَاكِسُونَ وَرَجُلًا سَلَمًا لِرَجُلٍ هَلْ يَسْتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًا ۚ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu amepiga mfano wa mtu mwenye mabwana washirika wanao gombana, na wa mtu mwengine aliye khusika na bwana mmoja tu. Je! Wako sawa katika hali zao? Alhamdulillahi, Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu! Lakini wengi wao hawajui.
*Allah draws an example: a man jointly owned by several contending masters, and a man belonging entirely to one man: are the two equal in comparison? All praise belongs to Allah! But most of them do not know.
39:30
إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ وَإِنَّهُمْ مَيِّتُونَ
*Kwa hakika wewe utakufa, na wao watakufa.
*You will die, and they [too] will die.
39:31
ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ
*Kisha bila ya shaka mtagombana Siku ya Kiyama mbele ya Mola wenu Mlezi.
*Then on the Day of Resurrection you will contend before your Lord.
39:32
فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِالصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَاءَهُ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِلْكَافِرِينَ
*BASI NI NANI dhaalimu mkubwa kuliko yule aliye msingizia uwongo Mwenyezi Mungu na kuikanusha kweli imfikiapo? Je! Siyo katika Jahannamu makaazi ya hao makafiri?
*So who is a greater wrongdoer than him who attributes a falsehood to Allah, and denies the truth when it reaches him? Is not the [final] abode of the faithless in hell?
39:33
وَالَّذِي جَاءَ بِالصِّدْقِ وَصَدَّقَ بِهِ ۙ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ
*Na aliye ileta Kweli na akaithibitisha - hao ndio wachamngu.
*He who brings the truth and he who confirms it—it is they who are the Godwary.
39:34
لَهُمْ مَا يَشَاءُونَ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
*Watapata watakacho taka kwa Mola wao Mlezi. Hayo ndiyo malipo ya watendao mema.
*They will have what they wish with their Lord—that is the reward of the virtuous—
39:35
لِيُكَفِّرَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَسْوَأَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ الَّذِي كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
*Ili Mwenyezi Mungu awafutie ukomo wa uovu walio ufanya na awalipe ujira wao kwa mujibu wa ukomo wa wema walio kuwa wakiutenda.
*that Allah may absolve them of the worst of what they did, and pay them their reward by the best of what they used to do.
39:36
أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَهُ ۖ وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ بِالَّذِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ
*Je! Mwenyezi Mungu si wa kumtosheleza mja wake? Na ati wanakutishia kwa hao wenginewe wasio kuwa Yeye! Na aliye hukumiwa na Mwenyezi Mungu kupotea hana wa kumwongoa.
*Does not Allah suffice [to defend] His servant? They would frighten you of others than Him. Yet whomever Allah leads astray, has no guide,
39:37
وَمَنْ يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ مُضِلٍّ ۗ أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٍ ذِي انْتِقَامٍ
*Na ambaye Mwenyezi Mungu anamwongoa hana wa kumpotoa. Je! Mwenyezi Mungu si Mwenye nguvu anaye weza kulipiza?
*and whomever Allah guides, there is no one who can lead him astray. Is not Allah an all-mighty avenger?
39:38
وَلَئِنْ سَأَلْتَهُمْ مَنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ اللَّهُ ۚ قُلْ أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَادَنِيَ اللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ هَلْ هُنَّ كَاشِفَاتُ ضُرِّهِ أَوْ أَرَادَنِي بِرَحْمَةٍ هَلْ هُنَّ مُمْسِكَاتُ رَحْمَتِهِ ۚ قُلْ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ ۖ عَلَيْهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ
*Na ukiwauliza: Ni nani aliye ziumba mbingu na ardhi. Bila ya shaka watasema: Mwenyezi Mungu. Sema: Je! Mnawaonaje wale mnao waomba badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu, ikiwa Mwenyezi Mungu akitaka kunidhuru, wao wanaweza kuniondolea dhara yake? Au akitaka kunirehemu, je, wao wanaweza kuzuia rehema yake? Sema: Mwenyezi Mungu ananitosheleza. Kwake Yeye wategemee wanao tegemea.
*If you ask them, ‘Who created the heavens and the earth?’ they will surely say, ‘Allah.’ Say, ‘Have you considered what you invoke besides Allah? Should Allah desire some distress for me, can they remove the distress visited by Him? Or should He desire some mercy for me, can they withhold His mercy?’ Say, ‘Allah is sufficient for me. In Him let all the trusting put their trust.’
39:39
قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُوا عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ
*Sema: Enyi watu wangu! Fanyeni mwezavyo, mimi pia nafanya. Basi mtakuja ona
*Say, ‘O my people! Act according to your ability. I too am acting. Soon you will know
39:40
مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ
*Ni nani itakaye mfikia adhabu ya kumhizi, na itakaye mshukia adhabu ya daima.
*who will be overtaken by a punishment that will disgrace him, and on whom a lasting punishment will descend.’
39:41
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَىٰ فَلِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا ۖ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِوَكِيلٍ
*Hakika Sisi tumekuteremshia Kitabu kwa ajili ya watu wote kwa Haki. Basi mwenye kuongoka ni kwa nafsi yake, na mwenye kupotoka bila ya shaka amepotoka kwa khasara yake. Na wewe si mlinzi juu yao.
*Indeed We have sent down the Book to you with the truth for [the deliverance of] mankind. So whoever is guided is guided for his own sake, and whoever goes astray, goes astray to his own detriment, and it is not your duty to watch over them.
39:42
اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنْفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَالَّتِي لَمْ تَمُتْ فِي مَنَامِهَا ۖ فَيُمْسِكُ الَّتِي قَضَىٰ عَلَيْهَا الْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ الْأُخْرَىٰ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
*MWENYEZI MUNGU huzipokea roho zinapo kufa. Na zile zisio kufa wakati wa kulala kwake, huzishika zilizo hukumiwa kufa, na huzirudisha nyengine mpaka ufike wakati uliowekwa. Hakika katika hayo bila ya shaka zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao fikiri.
*Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those who have not died, in their sleep. Then He retains those for whom He has ordained death and releases the others until a specified time. There are indeed signs in that for a people who reflect.
39:43
أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ شُفَعَاءَ ۚ قُلْ أَوَلَوْ كَانُوا لَا يَمْلِكُونَ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَعْقِلُونَ
*Au ndio wanachukua waombezi badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu? Sema: Ingawa hawana mamlaka juu ya kitu chochote, wala hawatambui lolote?
*Have they taken intercessors besides Allah? Say, ‘What! Even though they do not control anything, and cannot reason?!’
39:44
قُلْ لِلَّهِ الشَّفَاعَةُ جَمِيعًا ۖ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
*Sema: Uombezi wote uko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Ni wake Yeye tu ufalme wa mbingu na ardhi. Kisha mtarejeshwa kwake.
*Say, ‘All intercession rests with Allah. To Him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; then you will be brought back to Him.’
39:45
وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ اشْمَأَزَّتْ قُلُوبُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
*Na anapo tajwa Mwenyezi Mungu peke yake nyoyo za wasio iamini Akhera huchafuka. Na wanapo tajwa wenginewe asiye kuwa Yeye basi wao hufurahi.
*When Allah is mentioned alone, [thereat] shrink away the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter, but when others are mentioned besides Him, behold, they rejoice!
39:46
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
*Sema: Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu! Muumba mbingu na ardhi! Mjuzi wa yasiyo onekana na yanayo onekana! Wewe utahukumu baina ya waja wako katika waliyo kuwa wakikhitalifiana.
*Say, ‘O Allah! Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the sensible and the Unseen, You will judge between Your servants concerning that about which they used to differ.’
39:47
وَلَوْ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لَافْتَدَوْا بِهِ مِنْ سُوءِ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ وَبَدَا لَهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَحْتَسِبُونَ
*Na lau kuwa walio dhulumu wangeli kuwa na vyote viliomo duniani na pamoja navyo vingine kama hivyo, bila ya shaka wangeli vitoa kujikomboa katika adhabu mbaya hiyo Siku ya Kiyama. Na yatawadhihirikia kwa Mwenyezi Mungu wasiyo kuwa wakiyatarajia.
*Even if the wrongdoers possessed all that is on the earth, and as much of it besides, they would offer it on the Day of Resurrection to redeem themselves with it from a terrible punishment, and there will appear to them from Allah what they had never reckoned.
39:48
وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
*Na utawadhihirikia ubaya wa waliyo yachuma, yatawazunguka waliyo kuwa wakiyafanyia mzaha.
*The evils of what they had earned will appear to them, and they will be besieged by what they used to deride.
39:49
فَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنْسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَانَا ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلْنَاهُ نِعْمَةً مِنَّا قَالَ إِنَّمَا أُوتِيتُهُ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ ۚ بَلْ هِيَ فِتْنَةٌ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Na dhara inapo mgusa mtu hutuomba. Kisha tunapo mpa neema zitokazo kwetu, husema: Nimepewa haya kwa sababu ya ilimu yangu. Sio! Huo ni mtihani! Lakini wengi wao hawajui!
*When distress befalls man, he supplicates Us. Then, when We grant him a blessing from Us, he says, ‘I was given it by virtue of [my] knowledge.’ Indeed, it is a test, but most of them do not know.
39:50
قَدْ قَالَهَا الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَمَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
*Waliyasema haya waliyo kuwa kabla yao, lakini hayakuwafaa waliyo kuwa wakiyachuma.
*Those who were before them [also] said that, but what they used to earn did not avail them.
39:51
فَأَصَابَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا ۚ وَالَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْ هَٰؤُلَاءِ سَيُصِيبُهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا وَمَا هُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ
*Basi ukawasibu uovu wa waliyo yachuma. Na wale walio dhulumu miongoni mwa hawa utawasibu uovu wa waliyo yachuma vile vile. Nao si wenye kushinda.
*So the evils of what they had earned visited them, and as for the wrongdoers among these, the evils of what they earn shall be visited on them and they will not frustrate [Allah].
39:52
أَوَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Kwani wao hawajui kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu humkunjulia riziki amtakaye na akamkadiria? Hakika katika haya bila ya shaka zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao amini.
*Do they not know that Allah expands the provision for whomever He wishes and tightens it [for whomever He wishes]? There are indeed signs in that for a people who have faith.
39:53
قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
*Sema: Enyi waja wangu walio jidhulumu nafsi zao! Msikate tamaa na rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu husamehe dhambi zote. Hakika Yeye ni Mwenye kusamehe, Mwenye kurehemu.
*Say [that Allah declares,] ‘O My servants who have committed excesses against their own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed Allah will forgive all sins. Indeed, He is the All-forgiving, the All-merciful.
39:54
وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ
*Na rejeeni kwa Mola wenu Mlezi, na silimuni kwake, kabla ya kukujieni adhabu. Kisha hapo hamtanusuriwa.
*Turn penitently to Him and submit to Him before the punishment overtakes you, whereupon you will not be helped.
39:55
وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
*Na fuateni yaliyo bora kabisa katika yale yaliyo teremshwa kwenu kutoka kwa Mola wenu Mlezi, kabla haijakujieni adhabu kwa ghafla, na hali hamtambui.
*Follow the best of what has been sent down to you from your Lord, before the punishment overtakes you suddenly while you are unaware.’
39:56
أَنْ تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطْتُ فِي جَنْبِ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ
*Isije ikasema nafsi: Ee majuto yangu kwa yale niliyo poteza upande wa Mwenyezi Mungu, na hakika nilikuwa miongoni mwa wanao fanya maskhara!
*Lest anyone should say, ‘Alas for my negligence in the vicinage of Allah! Indeed I was among those who ridiculed.’
39:57
أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ
*Au ikasema: Ingeli kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu ameniongoa, bila ya shaka ningeli kuwa miongoni mwa wenye kumchamngu.
*Or say, ‘Had Allah guided me I would have surely been among the Godwary!’
39:58
أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
*Au ikasema inapo ona adhabu: Lau kuwa ningeli pata fursa nyengine, ningeli kuwa miongoni mwa wafanya mema.
*Or say, when he sights the punishment, ‘If only there were a second chance for me, I would be among the virtuous!’
39:59
بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنْتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ
*Wapi! Bila ya shaka zilikujia Ishara zangu, nawe ukazikadhibisha, na ukajivuna, na ukawa miongoni mwa makafiri!
*[They will be told,] ‘Yes, My signs certainly came to you, but you denied them and acted arrogantly and you were among the faithless.’
39:60
وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ وُجُوهُهُمْ مُسْوَدَّةٌ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
*Na Siku ya Kiyama utawaona walio msingizia uwongo Mwenyezi Mungu nyuso zao zimesawijika. Je! Si katika Jahannamu makaazi ya wanao takabari?
*On the Day of Resurrection you will see those who attributed lies to Allah with their faces blackened. Is not the [final] abode of the arrogant in hell?
39:61
وَيُنَجِّي اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا بِمَفَازَتِهِمْ لَا يَمَسُّهُمُ السُّوءُ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
*Na Mwenyezi Mungu atawaokoa wenye kujikinga kwa ajili ya kufuzu kwao. Hapana uovu utao wagusa, wala hawatahuzunika.
*Allah will deliver those who were Godwary with their salvation. No ill shall touch them, nor will they grieve.
39:62
اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye Muumba wa kila kitu, na Yeye ndiye Mlinzi juu ya kila kitu.
*Allah is creator of all things, and He watches over all things.
39:63
لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ
*Yeye anazo funguo za mbingu na ardhi. Na wale walio zikataa Ishara za Mwenyezi Mungu, hao ndio wenye kukhasiri.
*To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth, and those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah—it is they who are the losers.
39:64
قُلْ أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ تَأْمُرُونِّي أَعْبُدُ أَيُّهَا الْجَاهِلُونَ
*Sema: Je! Mnaniamrisha nimuabudu asiye kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu, enyi majaahili?
*Say, ‘Will you, then, bid me to worship other than Allah, O you ignorant ones?!’
39:65
وَلَقَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ وَلَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
*Na kwa yakini yamefunuliwa kwako na kwa walio kuwa kabla yako: Bila ya shaka ukimshirikisha Mwenyezi Mungu a´mali zako zitaanguka, na lazima utakuwa miongoni mwa wenye kukhasiri.
*Certainly it has been revealed to you and to those [who have been] before you: ‘If you ascribe a partner to Allah your works shall fail and you shall surely be among the losers.
39:66
بَلِ اللَّهَ فَاعْبُدْ وَكُنْ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
*Bali muabudu Mwenyezi Mungu tu, na uwe miongoni mwa wenye kushukuru.
*No, worship Allah, and be among the grateful!’
39:67
وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَاوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
*Na wala hawakumhishimu Mwenyezi Mungu kama anavyo stahiki kadiri yake. Na Siku ya Kiyama ardhi yote itakuwa mkononi mwake, na mbingu zitakunjwa katika mkono wake wa kuume. Subhanahu wa Taa´la Ametakasika na Ametukuka na hayo wanayo mshirikisha nayo.
*They do not regard Allah with the regard due to Him, yet the entire earth will be in His fist on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens, scrolled, in His right hand. Immaculate is He and exalted above [having] any partners that they ascribe [to Him].
39:68
وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۖ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَىٰ فَإِذَا هُمْ قِيَامٌ يَنْظُرُونَ
*Na litapulizwa barugumu, wazimie waliomo mbinguni na waliomo katika ardhi, isipo kuwa aliye mtaka Mwenyezi Mungu. Kisha litapulizwa mara nyengine. Hapo watainuka wawe wanangojea.
*And the Trumpet will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens will swoon and whoever is on the earth, except whomever Allah wishes. Then it will be blown a second time, behold, they will rise up, looking on!
39:69
وَأَشْرَقَتِ الْأَرْضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ وَجِيءَ بِالنَّبِيِّينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ
*Na ardhi itang´ara kwa Nuru ya Mola wake Mlezi, na Kitabu kitawekwa, na wataletwa Manabii na mashahidi, na patahukumiwa baina yao kwa haki, wala hawatadhulumiwa.
*The earth will glow with the light of her Lord, and the Book will be set up, and the prophets and the martyrs will be brought, and judgment will be made between them with justice, and they will not be wronged.
39:70
وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَا عَمِلَتْ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ
*Na kila nafsi italipwa kwa yale iliyo yafanya, na Yeye anayajua sana wanayo yatenda.
*Every soul will be recompensed fully for what it has done, and He is best aware of what they do.
39:71
وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِنْكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنْذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا ۚ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ
*Na walio kufuru wataongozwa kuendea Jahannamu kwa makundi. Mpaka watakapo ifikia itafunguliwa milango yake, na walinzi wake watawaambia: Kwani hawakukujilieni Mitume miongoni mwenu wakikusomeeni Aya za Mola wenu Mlezi na kukuonyeni mkutano wa siku yenu hii? Watasema: Kwani! Lakini limekwisha thibiti neno la adhabu juu ya makafiri.
*The faithless will be driven to hell in throngs. When they reach it and its gates are opened, its keepers will say to them, ‘Did there not come to you [any] apostles from among yourselves, reciting to you the signs of your Lord and warning you of the encounter of this day of yours?’ They will say, ‘Yes, but the word of punishment became due against the faithless.’
39:72
قِيلَ ادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
*Itasemwa: Ingieni milango ya Jahannamu mdumu humo. Basi nayo ni ubaya ulioje wa makaazi ya wanao takabari!
*It will be said, ‘Enter the gates of hell to remain in it [forever]. Evil is the [ultimate] abode of the arrogant.’
39:73
وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ زُمَرًا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوهَا وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طِبْتُمْ فَادْخُلُوهَا خَالِدِينَ
*Na walio mcha Mola wao Mlezi wataongozwa kuendea Peponi kwa makundi, mpaka watakapo fikilia, nayo milango yake imekwisha funguliwa. Walinzi wake watawaambia: Salaam Alaikum, Amani iwe juu yenu! Mmet´ahirika. Basi ingieni humu mkae milele.
*Those who are wary of their Lord will be led to paradise in throngs. When they reach it and its gates are opened, its keepers will say to them, ‘Peace be to you! You are welcome! Enter it to remain [forever].’
39:74
وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي صَدَقَنَا وَعْدَهُ وَأَوْرَثَنَا الْأَرْضَ نَتَبَوَّأُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ نَشَاءُ ۖ فَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ الْعَامِلِينَ
*Nao watasema: Alhamdulillah, Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu aliye tutimizia ahadi yake, na akaturithisha ardhi, tunakaa katika Bustani popote tupendapo. Basi ni malipo mazuri yaliyoje ya watendao!
*They will say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, who has fulfilled His promise to us and made us inheritors of the earth, that we may settle in paradise wherever we may wish!’ How excellent is the reward of the workers [of righteousness]!
39:75
وَتَرَى الْمَلَائِكَةَ حَافِّينَ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْعَرْشِ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ ۖ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَقِيلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
*Na utawaona Malaika wakizunguka pembeni mwa Kiti cha enzi cha Mwenyezi Mungu, wakimtakasa na kumsifu Mola wao Mlezi. Na patahukumiwa baina yao kwa haki na patasemwa: Sifa zote njema ni za Mwenyezi Mungu, Mola Mlezi wa viumbe vyote!
*And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, celebrating the praise of their Lord, and judgment will be made between them with justice, and it will be said, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds!’
