Sura 38 - Saad

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
38:1
ص ۚ وَالْقُرْآنِ ذِي الذِّكْرِ
*S´ad, Naapa kwa Qur´ani yenye mawaidha.
*Suad. By the Quran bearing the Reminder,
38:2
بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي عِزَّةٍ وَشِقَاقٍ
*Lakini walio kufuru wamo katika majivuno na upinzani
*the faithless indeed dwell in conceit and defiance.
38:3
كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِنْ قَرْنٍ فَنَادَوْا وَلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصٍ
*Mataifa mangapi tumeyaangamiza kabla yao, na wakapiga kelele, lakini wakati wa kuokoka ulikwisha pita.
*How many a generation We have destroyed before them! They cried out [for help], but gone was the time for escape.
38:4
وَعَجِبُوا أَنْ جَاءَهُمْ مُنْذِرٌ مِنْهُمْ ۖ وَقَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ هَٰذَا سَاحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ
*Na walistaajabu kuwajia mwonyaji anaye tokana nao wenyewe, na makafiri wakasema: Huyu ni mchawi, mwongo.
*They consider it odd that there should come to them a warner from among themselves, and the faithless say, ‘This is a magician, a mendacious liar.’
38:5
أَجَعَلَ الْآلِهَةَ إِلَٰهًا وَاحِدًا ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيْءٌ عُجَابٌ
*Amewafanya miungu wote kuwa ni Mungu Mmoja tu? Hakika hili ni jambo la ajabu.
*‘Has he reduced the gods to one god? This is indeed an odd thing!’
38:6
وَانْطَلَقَ الْمَلَأُ مِنْهُمْ أَنِ امْشُوا وَاصْبِرُوا عَلَىٰ آلِهَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيْءٌ يُرَادُ
*Na wakaondoka wakubwa wao wakiwaambia: Nendeni zenu na dumuni na miungu yenu, kwani hili ni jambo lililo pangwa.
*Their elite go about [urging others]: ‘Go and stand by your gods! This is indeed the desirable thing [to do].
38:7
مَا سَمِعْنَا بِهَٰذَا فِي الْمِلَّةِ الْآخِرَةِ إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا اخْتِلَاقٌ
*Sisi hatukusikia haya katika mila hii ya mwisho. Haya si chochote ila ni uzushi tu.
*We did not hear of this in the latter-day creed. This is nothing but a fabrication.
38:8
أَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ مِنْ بَيْنِنَا ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِنْ ذِكْرِي ۖ بَلْ لَمَّا يَذُوقُوا عَذَابِ
*Ati yeye tu ndiye aliye teremshiwa mawaidha peke yake katika sisi? Lakini hao wana shaka na mawaidha yangu, bali hawajaionja adhabu yangu.
*Has the Reminder been sent down to him out of [all of] us?’ Indeed, they are in doubt concerning My Reminder. Indeed, they have not yet tasted My punishment.
38:9
أَمْ عِنْدَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ الْعَزِيزِ الْوَهَّابِ
*Au wanazo wao khazina za rehema za Mola wako Mlezi, Mwenye nguvu, Mpaji?
*Do they possess the treasuries of the mercy of your Lord, the All-mighty, the All-munificent?
38:10
أَمْ لَهُمْ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا فِي الْأَسْبَابِ
*Au wao wana ufalme wa mbingu na ardhi na viliomo kati yao? Basi nawazipande njia za kwendea huko!
*Do they own the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them? [If so,] let them ascend [to the higher spheres] by the means [of ascension].
38:11
جُنْدٌ مَا هُنَالِكَ مَهْزُومٌ مِنَ الْأَحْزَابِ
*Hao ni askari watao shindwa miongoni mwa makundi yatayo shindwa.
*[They are but] a host routed out there of the factions.
38:12
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَفِرْعَوْنُ ذُو الْأَوْتَادِ
*Walikanusha kabla yao kaumu ya Nuhu, na kina A´adi na Firauni mwenye majengo.
*Before them Noah’s people impugned [their apostle] and [so did the people of] ‘Ad, and Pharaoh, the Impaler [of his victims],
38:13
وَثَمُودُ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ الْأَحْزَابُ
*Na Thamud na kaumu Lut´i na watu wa Machakani. Hayo ndiyo makundi.
*and Thamud, and the people of Lot, and the inhabitants of Aykah: those were the factions.
38:14
إِنْ كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ
*Hao wote waliwakadhibisha Mitume; basi wakastahiki adhabu yangu.
*There was not any one but such as impugned the apostles; so My retribution became due [against them].
38:15
وَمَا يَنْظُرُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً مَا لَهَا مِنْ فَوَاقٍ
*Na hawa hawangojei ila ukelele mmoja tu usio na muda.
*These [too] do not await but a single Cry, which will not grant [them] any respite.
38:16
وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا عَجِّلْ لَنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْحِسَابِ
*Na wao husema: Mola wetu Mlezi! Tuletee upesi sehemu yetu ya adhabu kabla ya Siku ya Hisabu.
*They say, ‘Our Lord! Hasten on for us our share before the Day of Reckoning.’
38:17
اصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَاذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا دَاوُودَ ذَا الْأَيْدِ ۖ إِنَّهُ أَوَّابٌ
*Subiri kwa hayo wayasemayo, na umkumbuke mja wetu Daudi, mwenye nguvu. Hakika yeye alikuwa mwingi wa kutubia.
*Be patient over what they say, and remember Our servant, David, [the man] of strength. Indeed he was a penitent [soul].
38:18
إِنَّا سَخَّرْنَا الْجِبَالَ مَعَهُ يُسَبِّحْنَ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْإِشْرَاقِ
*Hakika tuliidhalilisha milima pamoja naye ikisabihi jioni na asubuhi pamoja naye.
*We disposed the mountains to glorify [Allah] with him at evening and dawn,
38:19
وَالطَّيْرَ مَحْشُورَةً ۖ كُلٌّ لَهُ أَوَّابٌ
*Na pia ndege walio kusanywa makundi kwa makundi; wote walikuwa wanyenyekevu kwake.
*and the birds [as well], mustered [in flocks]; all echoing him [in a chorus].
38:20
وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ
*Na tukautia nguvu ufalme wake, na tukampa hikima, na kukata hukumu.
*We consolidated his kingdom and gave him wisdom and conclusive speech.
38:21
وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ نَبَأُ الْخَصْمِ إِذْ تَسَوَّرُوا الْمِحْرَابَ
*Na je! Imekufikia khabari ya wagombanao walipo pindukia ukuta kuingia chumbani?
*Has there not come to you the account of the contenders, when they scaled the wall into the sanctuary?
38:22
إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَىٰ دَاوُودَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ ۖ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ ۖ خَصْمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعْضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَاهْدِنَا إِلَىٰ سَوَاءِ الصِّرَاطِ
*Walipo muingilia Daudi, naye akawaogopa. Wakasema: Usiogope! Sisi ni wagombanao wawili, mmoja wetu amemdhulumu mwenziwe. Basi tuhukumu kwa haki, wala usipendelee. Na utuongoe kwenye njia iliyo sawa.
*When they entered into the presence of David, he was alarmed by them. They said, ‘Do not be afraid. [We are only] two contenders: one of us has bullied the other. So judge justly between us, and do not exceed [the bounds of justice], and show us the right path.’
38:23
إِنَّ هَٰذَا أَخِي لَهُ تِسْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ نَعْجَةً وَلِيَ نَعْجَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فَقَالَ أَكْفِلْنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِي فِي الْخِطَابِ
*Hakika huyu ndugu yangu ana kondoo wa kike tisiini na tisa; na mimi ninaye kondoo mke mmoja. Akasema: Nipe huyo nikufugie! Na amenishinda kwa maneno.
*‘This brother of mine has ninety-nine ewes, while I have only a single ewe, and [yet] he says, ‘Commit it to my care,’ and he browbeats me in speech.’
38:24
قَالَ لَقَدْ ظَلَمَكَ بِسُؤَالِ نَعْجَتِكَ إِلَىٰ نِعَاجِهِ ۖ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الْخُلَطَاءِ لَيَبْغِي بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَقَلِيلٌ مَا هُمْ ۗ وَظَنَّ دَاوُودُ أَنَّمَا فَتَنَّاهُ فَاسْتَغْفَرَ رَبَّهُ وَخَرَّ رَاكِعًا وَأَنَابَ ۩
*Akasema: Kweli amekudhulumu kwa kumtaka kondoo wako mmoja kuongezea kwenye kondoo wake. Na hakika washirika wengi hudhulumiana wao kwa wao, isipo kuwa walio amini na wakatenda mema. Na hao ni wachache. Na Daudi akajua kuwa tumemfanyia mtihani. Basi akamwomba msamaha Mola wake Mlezi, na akaanguka kusujudu na kutubia.
*He said, ‘He has certainly wronged you by asking your ewe in addition to his own ewes, and indeed many partners bully one another, except such as have faith and do righteous deeds, and few are they.’ Then David knew that We had tested him, whereat he pleaded with his Lord for forgiveness, and fell down in prostration and repented.
38:25
فَغَفَرْنَا لَهُ ذَٰلِكَ ۖ وَإِنَّ لَهُ عِنْدَنَا لَزُلْفَىٰ وَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ
*Basi tukamsamehe kwa hayo. Naye kwa hakika anao mkaribisho mkubwa na marejeo mazuri kwetu.
*So We forgave him that, and indeed he has [a station of] nearness with Us and a good destination.
38:26
يَا دَاوُودُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاكَ خَلِيفَةً فِي الْأَرْضِ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ الْهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا نَسُوا يَوْمَ الْحِسَابِ
*Ewe Daudi! Hakika Sisi tumekufanya wewe uwe Khalifa katika nchi. Basi wahukumu watu kwa haki, wala usifuate matamanio yakakupoteza kwenye Njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Hakika wanao ipotea Njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu wakaiacha, watapata adhabu kali kwa sababu ya kusahau kwao Siku ya Hisabu.
*‘O David! Indeed, We have made you a vicegerent on the earth. So judge between people with justice, and do not follow your desires, or they will lead you astray from the way of Allah. Indeed there is a severe punishment for those who stray from the way of Allah, because of their forgetting the Day of Reckoning.’
38:27
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَاطِلًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنَ النَّارِ
*Na hatukuziumba mbingu na ardhi na viliomo ndani yao bure. Hiyo ni dhana ya walio kufuru. Ole wao walio kufuru kwa Moto utao wapata.
*We did not create the sky and the earth and whatever is between them in vain. That is a conjecture of the faithless. So woe to the faithless for the Fire!
38:28
أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَالْمُفْسِدِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الْمُتَّقِينَ كَالْفُجَّارِ
*Je! Tuwafanye walio amini na wakatenda mema kama wafanyao uharibifu katika nchi? Au tuwafanye wachamngu kama waovu?
*Shall We treat those who have faith and do righteous deeds like those who cause corruption on the earth? Shall We treat the Godwary like the vicious?
38:29
كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
*Na hiki Kitabu, tumekuteremshia wewe, kimebarikiwa, ili wazizingatie Aya zake, na wawaidhike wenye akili.
*[This is] a blessed Book that We have sent down to you, so that they may contemplate its signs, and that those who possess intellect may take admonition.
38:30
وَوَهَبْنَا لِدَاوُودَ سُلَيْمَانَ ۚ نِعْمَ الْعَبْدُ ۖ إِنَّهُ أَوَّابٌ
*Na Daudi tukamtunukia Suleiman. Alikuwa mja mwema. Na hakika alikuwa mwingi wa kutubia.
*And to David We gave Solomon—what an excellent servant he was! Indeed, he was a penitent [soul].
38:31
إِذْ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ بِالْعَشِيِّ الصَّافِنَاتُ الْجِيَادُ
*Alipo pelekewa jioni farasi wasimamao kidete, tayari kutoka shoti;
*One evening when there were displayed before him prancing steeds,
38:32
فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَحْبَبْتُ حُبَّ الْخَيْرِ عَنْ ذِكْرِ رَبِّي حَتَّىٰ تَوَارَتْ بِالْحِجَابِ
*Basi akasema: Navipenda vitu vizuri kwa kumkumbuka Mola wangu Mlezi. Kisha wakafichikana nyuma ya boma.
*he said, ‘Indeed I have preferred the love of [worldly] niceties to the remembrance of my Lord until [the sun] disappeared behind the [night’s] veil.’
38:33
رُدُّوهَا عَلَيَّ ۖ فَطَفِقَ مَسْحًا بِالسُّوقِ وَالْأَعْنَاقِ
*(Akasema:) Nirudishieni! Akaanza kuwapapasa miguu na shingo.
*‘Bring it back for me!’ Then he [and others] began to wipe [their] legs and necks.
38:34
وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا سُلَيْمَانَ وَأَلْقَيْنَا عَلَىٰ كُرْسِيِّهِ جَسَدًا ثُمَّ أَنَابَ
*Na tulimtia mtihanini Suleiman, na tukauweka mwili juu ya kiti chake, kisha akarejea kwa kutubu.
*Certainly We tried Solomon, and cast a [lifeless] body on his throne. Thereupon he was penitent.
38:35
قَالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَهَبْ لِي مُلْكًا لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِي ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ
*Akasema: Mola wangu Mlezi! Nisamehe na unipe ufalme usio mwelekea yeyote baada yangu. Hakika Wewe ndiye Mpaji.
*He said, ‘My Lord! Forgive me, and grant me a kingdom that will not befit anyone except me. Indeed You are the All-munificent.’
38:36
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
*Basi tukaufanya upepo umtumikie, ukenda kwa amri yake, popote alipo taka kufika.
*So We disposed the wind for him, blowing softly wherever he intended by his command,
38:37
وَالشَّيَاطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّاءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ
*Na tukayafanya mashet´ani yamtumikie, wote wajenzi na wapiga mbizi.
*and every builder and diver from the demons,
38:38
وَآخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ
*Na wengine wafungwao kwa minyororo.
*and others [too] bound together in chains.
38:39
هَٰذَا عَطَاؤُنَا فَامْنُنْ أَوْ أَمْسِكْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
*Hichi ndicho kipawa chetu. Basi toa au zuia, bila ya hisabu.
*‘This is Our bounty: so withhold or bestow without any reckoning.’
38:40
وَإِنَّ لَهُ عِنْدَنَا لَزُلْفَىٰ وَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ
*Na hakika yeye kwetu Sisi ana cheo cha kukaribishwa kwetu, na pahala pazuri pa kurejea.
*Indeed he has [a station of] nearness with Us and a good destination.
38:41
وَاذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا أَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الشَّيْطَانُ بِنُصْبٍ وَعَذَابٍ
*Na mkumbuke mja wetu Ayubu alipo mwita Mola wake Mlezi akasema: Kwa hakika Shet´ani amenifikishia udhia na adhabu.
*And remember Our servant Job [in the Quran]. When he called out to his Lord, ‘The devil has visited on me hardship and torment,’
38:42
ارْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ ۖ هَٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌ بَارِدٌ وَشَرَابٌ
*(Akaambiwa:) Piga-piga ardhi kwa mguu wako! Basi haya maji baridi ya kuogea na ya kunywa.
*[We told him:] ‘Stamp your foot on the ground; this [ensuing spring] will be a cooling bath and drink.’
38:43
وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِنَّا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ
*Na tukampa ahali zake na wengine kama wao pamoja nao, kuwa ni rehema itokayo kwetu, na iwe kumbusho kwa watu wenye akili.
*We gave [back] his family to him along with others like them, as a mercy from Us and an admonition for those who possess intellect.
38:44
وَخُذْ بِيَدِكَ ضِغْثًا فَاضْرِبْ بِهِ وَلَا تَحْنَثْ ۗ إِنَّا وَجَدْنَاهُ صَابِرًا ۚ نِعْمَ الْعَبْدُ ۖ إِنَّهُ أَوَّابٌ
*Na shika kicha cha vijiti tu mkononi mwako, kisha ndio upigie nacho, wala usivunje kiapo. Hakika tulimkuta mwenye subira, mbora wa waja, kwa hakika alikuwa mwingi wa kutubu.
*[We told him:] ‘Take a faggot in your hand and then strike [your wife] with it, but do not break [your] oath.’ Indeed, We found him to be patient. What an excellent servant! Indeed he was a penitent [soul].
38:45
وَاذْكُرْ عِبَادَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ أُولِي الْأَيْدِي وَالْأَبْصَارِ
*Na wakumbuke waja wetu, Ibrahim na Is-haqa na Yaa´qubu walio kuwa na nguvu na busara.
*And remember Our servants, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of strength and insight.
38:46
إِنَّا أَخْلَصْنَاهُمْ بِخَالِصَةٍ ذِكْرَى الدَّارِ
*Sisi tumewakhusisha wao kwa sifa ya ukumbusho wa Akhera.
*Indeed We purified them with exclusive remembrance of the abode [of the Hereafter].
38:47
وَإِنَّهُمْ عِنْدَنَا لَمِنَ الْمُصْطَفَيْنَ الْأَخْيَارِ
*Na hakika wao kwetu sisi ni wateuliwa walio bora.
*Indeed they are surely with Us among the elect of the best.
38:48
وَاذْكُرْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَالْيَسَعَ وَذَا الْكِفْلِ ۖ وَكُلٌّ مِنَ الْأَخْيَارِ
*Na mkumbuke Ismail na Alyasaa na Dhulkifli, na wote hao ni katika walio bora.
*And remember Ishmael, Elisha and Dhu’l-Kifl—each [of whom was] among the elect.
38:49
هَٰذَا ذِكْرٌ ۚ وَإِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ لَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ
*Huu ni ukumbusho. Na hakika wachamngu wana marudio mazuri.
*This is a Reminder, and indeed the Godwary have a good destination:
38:50
جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ مُفَتَّحَةً لَهُمُ الْأَبْوَابُ
*Bustani za milele zitazo funguliwa milango yao kwa ajili yao.
*the Gardens of Eden, whose gates will be flung open for them.
38:51
مُتَّكِئِينَ فِيهَا يَدْعُونَ فِيهَا بِفَاكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ وَشَرَابٍ
*Humo wataegemea matakia, wawe wanaagiza humo matunda mengi na vinywaji.
*Reclining therein [on couches], they will call for abundant fruits and drinks,
38:52
وَعِنْدَهُمْ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ أَتْرَابٌ
*Na pamoja nao wake zao wenye kutuliza macho, hirimu zao.
*and there will be with them maidens of restrained glances, of a like age.
38:53
هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِيَوْمِ الْحِسَابِ
*Haya ndiyo mliyo ahidiwa kwa Siku ya Hisabu.
*This is what you are promised on the Day of Reckoning.
38:54
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَرِزْقُنَا مَا لَهُ مِنْ نَفَادٍ
*Hakika hii ndiyo riziki yetu isiyo malizika.
*This is Our provision, which will never be exhausted.
38:55
هَٰذَا ۚ وَإِنَّ لِلطَّاغِينَ لَشَرَّ مَآبٍ
*Ndio hivi! Na hakika wenye kuasi bila ya shaka watapata marudio maovu kabisa;
*This [will be for the righteous], and as for the rebellious there will surely be a bad destination:
38:56
جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا فَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ
*Nayo ni Jahannamu! Wataingia humo. Nacho hicho ni kitanda kiovu mno cha kulalia.
*hell, which they shall enter, an evil resting place.
38:57
هَٰذَا فَلْيَذُوقُوهُ حَمِيمٌ وَغَسَّاقٌ
*Ndio hivi! Basi na wayaonje maji ya moto na ya usaha!
*[They will be told, ‘This is scalding water and pus; let them taste it,
38:58
وَآخَرُ مِنْ شَكْلِهِ أَزْوَاجٌ
*Na adhabu nyenginezo za namna hii.
*and other kinds [of torments] resembling it.’
38:59
هَٰذَا فَوْجٌ مُقْتَحِمٌ مَعَكُمْ ۖ لَا مَرْحَبًا بِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ صَالُو النَّارِ
*Hili ndilo kundi litakalo ingia pamoja nanyi. Hapana makaribisho mema kwao. Hakika hao wanaingia Motoni.
*[The leaders of the faithless will be told,] ‘This is a group [of your followers] plunging [into hell] along with you.’ [They will repond,] ‘May wretchedness be their lot! For they will enter the Fire.’
38:60
قَالُوا بَلْ أَنْتُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًا بِكُمْ ۖ أَنْتُمْ قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ لَنَا ۖ فَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ
*Waseme: Lakini nyinyi! Hamna mapokezi mazuri! Nyinyi ndio mlio tusabibisha haya, napo ni pahala paovu kabisa!
*They will say, ‘No, may wretchedness be your lot! You prepared this [hell] for us. What an evil abode!’
38:61
قَالُوا رَبَّنَا مَنْ قَدَّمَ لَنَا هَٰذَا فَزِدْهُ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا فِي النَّارِ
*Waseme: Mola wetu Mlezi! Aliye tusabibisha haya mzidishie adhabu mara mbili Motoni.
*They will say, ‘Our Lord! Whoever has prepared this for us, double his punishment in the Fire!’
38:62
وَقَالُوا مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالًا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُمْ مِنَ الْأَشْرَارِ
*Watasema: Tuna nini hata hatuwaoni wale watu ambao tukiwahisabu ndio katika waovu?
*And they will say, ‘Why is it that we do not see [here] men whom we used to count among the bad ones,
38:63
أَتَّخَذْنَاهُمْ سِخْرِيًّا أَمْ زَاغَتْ عَنْهُمُ الْأَبْصَارُ
*Tulikosea tulipo wafanyia maskhara, au macho yetu tu hayawaoni ?
*ridiculing them, or do [our] eyes miss them [here]?’
38:64
إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَحَقٌّ تَخَاصُمُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ
*Hakika hayo bila ya shaka ndiyo makhasimiano ya watu wa Motoni.
*That is indeed a true account of the contentions of the inmates of the Fire.
38:65
قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مُنْذِرٌ ۖ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ
*Sema: Hakika mimi ni mwonyaji tu; na hapana mungu ila Mwenyezi Mungu Mmoja, Mtenda nguvu,
*Say, ‘I am just a warner, and there is no god except Allah, the One, the All-paramount,
38:66
رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ
*Mola Mlezi wa mbingu na ardhi na viliomo baina yake, Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kusamehe.
*the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the All-mighty, the All-forgiver.’
38:67
قُلْ هُوَ نَبَأٌ عَظِيمٌ
*Sema: Hii ni khabari kubwa kabisa.
*Say, ‘It is a great prophesy,
38:68
أَنْتُمْ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضُونَ
*Ambayo nyinyi mnaipuuza.
*of which you are disregardful.
38:69
مَا كَانَ لِيَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ بِالْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَىٰ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ
*Sikuwa na ilimu ya mambo ya viumbe wakuu watukufu walipo kuwa wakishindana.
*I have no knowledge of the Supernal Elite when they contend.
38:70
إِنْ يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ إِلَّا أَنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
*Haikufunuliwa kwangu isipo kuwa ya kwamba hakika mimi ni mwonyaji dhaahiri.
*All that is revealed to me is that I am just a manifest warner.’
38:71
إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرًا مِنْ طِينٍ
*Mola wako Mlezi alipo waambia Malaika: Hakika Mimi nitaumba mtu kutokana na udongo.
*When your Lord said to the angels, ‘Indeed I am about to create a human being out of clay.
38:72
فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِنْ رُوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ
*Na nitakapo mkamilisha na kumpulizia roho inayo tokana nami, basi muangukieni kwa kumt´ii.
*So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down in prostration before him.’
38:73
فَسَجَدَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ
*Basi Malaika wakat´ii wote pamoja.
*Thereat the angels prostrated, all of them together,
38:74
إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ اسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ
*Isipo kuwa Iblisi; alijivuna na akawa katika makafiri.
*but not Iblis; he acted arrogantly and he was one of the faithless.
38:75
قَالَ يَا إِبْلِيسُ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِمَا خَلَقْتُ بِيَدَيَّ ۖ أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ أَمْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْعَالِينَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu akamwambia: Ewe Iblisi! Kipi kilicho kuzuia kumt´ii yule niliye muumba kwa mikono yangu? Je! Umejiona mkubwa, au umekuwa katika wakuu kweli?
*He said, ‘O Iblis! What keeps you from prostrating before that which I have created with My [own] two hands? Are you arrogant, or are you one of the exalted ones?’
38:76
قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ ۖ خَلَقْتَنِي مِنْ نَارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِنْ طِينٍ
*Akasema: Mimi ni bora kuliko yeye. Umeniumba kwa moto, na yeye umemuumba kwa udongo.
*‘I am better than him,’ he said. ‘You created me from fire and You created him from clay.’
38:77
قَالَ فَاخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ
*Akasema: Basi toka humo, kwani hakika wewe umelaanika.
*He said, ‘Begone hence, for you are indeed an outcast,
38:78
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ لَعْنَتِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
*Na hakika laana yangu itakuwa juu yako mpaka Siku ya Malipo.
*and indeed My curse will be on you till the Day of Retribution.’
38:79
قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
*Akasema: Mola wangu Mlezi! Nipe muhula mpaka siku watayo fufuliwa viumbe.
*He said, ‘My Lord! Respite me till the day they will be resurrected.’
38:80
قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنْظَرِينَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu akasema: Basi umekwisha kuwa miongoni mwa walio pewa muhula,
*Said He, ‘You are indeed among the reprieved
38:81
إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْوَقْتِ الْمَعْلُومِ
*Mpaka siku ya wakati maalumu.
*until the day of the known time.’
38:82
قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
*Akasema (Iblisi): Naapa kwa utukufu wako, bila ya shaka nitawapoteza wote,
*He said, ‘By Your might, I will surely pervert them,
38:83
إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
*Isipo kuwa wale waja wako miongoni mwao walio khitariwa.
*except Your exclusive servants among them.’
38:84
قَالَ فَالْحَقُّ وَالْحَقَّ أَقُولُ
*Akasema: Haki! Na haki ninaisema.
*Said He, ‘The truth is that—and I speak the truth—
38:85
لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنْكَ وَمِمَّنْ تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
*Bila ya shaka nitaijaza Jahannamu kwa wewe na kwa hao wote wenye kukufuata miongoni mwao.
*I will surely fill hell with you and all those who follow you.’
38:86
قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ
*Sema (Ewe Mtume) : Sikuombeni ujira juu ya haya, wala mimi si katika wadanganyifu.
*Say, ‘I do not ask you any reward for it, and I am no impostor.
38:87
إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ لِلْعَالَمِينَ
*Hayakuwa haya ila ni mawaidha kwa walimwengu wote.
*It is just a reminder for all the nations,
38:88
وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُ بَعْدَ حِينٍ
*Na bila ya shaka mtajua khabari zake baada ya muda.
*and you will surely learn its tidings in due time.’
