Sura 32 - As-Sajda

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
32:1
الم
*Alif Lam Mim (A.L.M.)
*Alif, Lam, Meem.
32:2
تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
*Huu ni mteremsho wa Kitabu kisicho kuwa na shaka yoyote kinacho toka kwa Mola Mlezi wa walimwengu wote.
*The [gradual] sending down of the Book, there is no doubt in it, is from the Lord of all the worlds.
32:3
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ ۚ بَلْ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَا أَتَاهُمْ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
*Au wanasema: Amekizua? Bali hichi ni Kweli iliyo toka kwa Mola wako Mlezi ili uwaonye watu wasio fikiwa na mwonyaji kabla yako; huenda wakaongoka.
*But they say, ‘He has fabricated it.’ No, it is the truth from your Lord, that you may warn a people to whom there did not come any warner before you, so that they may be guided [to the right path].
32:4
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۖ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ ۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye aliye umba mbingu na ardhi na viliomo baina yao kwa siku sita, na akatawala kwenye Kiti cha Enzi. Nyinyi hamna mlinzi wala mwombezi isipo kuwa Yeye tu. Basi, je, hamkumbuki?
*It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days, then He settled on the Throne. You do not have besides Him any guardian or intercessor. Will you not then take admonition?
32:5
يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
*Anapitisha mambo yote yalio baina mbingu na ardhi, kisha yanapanda kwake kwa siku ambayo kipimo chake ni miaka elfu kwa mnavyo hisabu nyinyi.
*He directs the command from the heaven to the earth; then it ascends toward Him in a day whose span is a thousand years by your reckoning.
32:6
ذَٰلِكَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
*Huyu ndiye Mwenye kuyajua yasiyo onekana na yanayo onekana. Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kurehemu.
*That is the Knower of the sensible and the Unseen, the All-mighty, the All-merciful,
32:7
الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ ۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنْسَانِ مِنْ طِينٍ
*Ambaye ametengeneza vizuri umbo la kila kitu; na akaanzisha kumuumba mtu kwa udongo.
*who perfected everything that He created and commenced man’s creation from clay.
32:8
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُ مِنْ سُلَالَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ مَهِينٍ
*Na kisha akajaalia uzao wake utokane na kizazi cha maji madhaifu.
*Then He made his progeny from an extract of a base fluid.
32:9
ثُمَّ سَوَّاهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِنْ رُوحِهِ ۖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ
*Kisha akamtengeneza, na akampulizia roho yake, na akakujaalieni kusikia na kuona, na nyoyo za kufahamu. Ni uchache mnavyo shukuru.
*Then He proportioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit, and made for you hearing, sight, and hearts. Little do you thank.
32:10
وَقَالُوا أَإِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَإِنَّا لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّهِمْ كَافِرُونَ
*Nao husema: Tutapo kwisha potea chini ya ardhi, ni kweli tutarudishwa katika umbo jipya? Bali wao wanakanusha kwamba watakutana na Mola wao Mlezi.
*They say, ‘When we have been lost in the dust, shall we be indeed created anew?’ Indeed, they disbelieve in the encounter with their Lord.
32:11
قُلْ يَتَوَفَّاكُمْ مَلَكُ الْمَوْتِ الَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ
*Sema: Atakufisheni Malaika wa mauti aliye wakilishwa juu yenu; kisha mtarejeshwa kwa Mola wenu Mlezi.
*Say, ‘You will be taken away by the angel of death, who has been charged with you. Then you will be brought back to your Lord.’
32:12
وَلَوْ تَرَىٰ إِذِ الْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُو رُءُوسِهِمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ رَبَّنَا أَبْصَرْنَا وَسَمِعْنَا فَارْجِعْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ
*Na ungeli waona wakosefu wanvyo inamisha vichwa vyao mbele ya Mola wao Mlezi, (wakisema): Mola wetu Mlezi! Tumesha ona, na tumesha sikia. Turejeshe tukatende mema, kwani hakika sisi tumekwisha kuwa na yakini sasa.
*Were you to see when the guilty hang their heads before their Lord [confessing], ‘Our Lord! We have seen and heard. Send us back so that we may act righteously. Indeed we are [now] convinced.’
32:13
وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَآتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَاهَا وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ مِنِّي لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
*Na lau tungeli taka tunge mpa kila mtu uwongofu wake. Lakini imekwisha kuwa kauli iliyo toka kwangu : Kwa yakini nitaijaza Jahannamu kwa wote hawa, majini na watu.
*Had We wished We would have given every soul its guidance, but My word became due [against the faithless]: ‘Surely I will fill hell with all the [guilty] jinn and humans.’
32:14
فَذُوقُوا بِمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا إِنَّا نَسِينَاكُمْ ۖ وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
*Basi onjeni kwa vile mlivyo usahau mkutano wa Siku yenu hii. Na Sisi hakika tunakusahauni. Basi onjeni adhabu ya milele kwa yale mliyo kuwa mkiyatenda.
*So taste [the punishment] for your having forgotten the encounter of this day of yours. We [too] have forgotten you. Taste the everlasting punishment because of what you used to do.
32:15
إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهَا خَرُّوا سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩  ***Wajib Sajda***
*Hakika wanao ziamini Aya zetu ni hao tu ambao wakikumbushwa hizo, basi wao huanguka kusujudu, na humsabihi Mola wao Mlezi kwa kumhimidi, nao hawajivuni.
*Only those believe in Our signs who, when they are reminded of them, fall down in prostration and celebrate the praise of their Lord, and they are not arrogant.
32:16
تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ
*Mbavu zao zinaachana na vitanda kwa kumwomba Mola wao Mlezi kwa khofu na kutumaini, na hutoa kutokana na tulivyo waruzuku.
*Their sides vacate their beds to supplicate their Lord in fear and hope, and they spend out of what We have provided them.
32:17
فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
*Nafsi yoyote haijui waliyo fichiwa katika hayo yanayo furahisha macho - ni malipo ya yale waliyo kuwa wakiyatenda.
*No one knows what delights have been kept hidden for them [in the Hereafter] as a reward for what they used to do.
32:18
أَفَمَنْ كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَنْ كَانَ فَاسِقًا ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُونَ
*Ati aliye Muumini atakuwa sawa na aliye mpotovu? Hawawi sawa.
*Is someone who is faithful like someone who is a transgressor? They are not equal.
32:19
أَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ جَنَّاتُ الْمَأْوَىٰ نُزُلًا بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
*Ama walio amini na wakatenda mema, watakuwa nazo Bustani za makaazi mazuri. Ndio pa kufikia kwa waliyo kuwa wakiyatenda.
*As for those who have faith and do righteous deeds, for them will be the gardens of the Abode—a hospitality for what they used to do.
32:20
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنْتُمْ بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
*Na ama wale walio tenda uovu, basi makaazi yao ni Motoni. Kila wakitaka kutoka humo watarudishwa humo humo. Na wataambiwa: Onjeni adhabu ya Moto ambayo mliyo kuwa mkiikanusha.
*As for those who have transgressed, their refuge will be the Fire. Whenever they seek to leave it, they will be turned back into it and told: ‘Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny.’
32:21
وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُمْ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
*Na tutawaonjesha adhabu khafifu kabla ya adhabu kubwa, huenda labda watarejea.
*We shall surely make them taste the nearer punishment prior to the greater punishment, so that they may come back.
32:22
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ ذُكِّرَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا ۚ إِنَّا مِنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنْتَقِمُونَ
*Na ni nani dhaalimu mkubwa kuliko yule anaye kumbushwa kwa Ishara za Mola wake Mlezi, kisha akazikataa? Hakika Sisi tutajilipiza kwa wakosefu.
*Who is a greater wrongdoer than him who is reminded of his Lord’s signs, whereat he disregards them? Indeed, We shall take vengeance upon the guilty.
32:23
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَلَا تَكُنْ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْ لِقَائِهِ ۖ وَجَعَلْنَاهُ هُدًى لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
*Hakika Sisi tulikwisha mpa Musa Kitabu. Basi usiwe na shaka kuwa kakipokea. Na tukakifanya kuwa ni uwongofu kwa Wana wa Israili.
*Certainly We gave Moses the Book, [declaring], ‘Do not be in doubt about the encounter with Him,’ and We made it a [source of] guidance for the Children of Israel.
32:24
وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُوا ۖ وَكَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ
*Na tukawafanya miongoni mwao waongozi wanao ongoa watu kwa amri yetu, walipo subiri na wakawa na yakini na Ishara zetu.
*When they had been patient and had conviction in Our signs, We appointed amongst them imams to guide [the people] by Our command.
32:25
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
*Hakika Mola wako Mlezi ndiye atakaye fafanua baina yao Siku ya Kiyama katika waliyo kuwa wakikhitalifiana.
*Indeed your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that about which they used to differ.
32:26
أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ ۖ أَفَلَا يَسْمَعُونَ
*Je! Haijawabainikia kwamba kaumu ngapi tuliziangamiza kabla yao, nao wanapita katika maskani zao hizo? Hakika katika hayo zipo Ishara. Basi, je, hawasikii?
*Does it not dawn upon them how many generations We have destroyed before them, amid [the ruins of] whose dwellings they walk? There are indeed signs in that. Will they not then listen?
32:27
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا نَسُوقُ الْمَاءَ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الْجُرُزِ فَنُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعًا تَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ أَنْعَامُهُمْ وَأَنْفُسُهُمْ ۖ أَفَلَا يُبْصِرُونَ
*Je! Hawaoni ya kwamba tunayapeleka maji kwenye ardhi kavu, kisha kwayo tunaitoa mimea wanayo kula wanyama wao na wao wenyewe? Je! Hawaoni?
*Do they not see that We carry water to the parched earth and with it We bring forth crops, from which they eat, themselves and their cattle? Will they not then see?
32:28
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْفَتْحُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Wanasema: Ushindi huu ni lini, kama mnasema kweli?
*They say, ‘When will this judgement be, if you are truthful?’
32:29
قُلْ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنْفَعُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِيمَانُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْظَرُونَ
*Sema: Siku ya Ushindi, wale walio kufuru imani yao haitawafaa kitu, wala wao hawatapewa muhula.
*Say, ‘On the day of judgement their [newly found] faith will not avail the faithless, nor will they be granted any respite.’
32:30
فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَانْتَظِرْ إِنَّهُمْ مُنْتَظِرُونَ
*Basi wapuuze, nawe ngonja; hakika wao wanangoja.
*So turn away from them, and wait. They too are waiting.
