Sura 21 - Al-Anbiyaa

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
21:1
اقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ مُعْرِضُونَ
*IMEWAKARIBIA watu hisabu yao, nao wamo katika mghafala wanapuuza.
*Mankind’s reckoning has drawn near to them, yet they are disregardful in [their] obliviousness.
21:2
مَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ ذِكْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ
*Hayawafikilii mawaidha mapya kutoka kwa Mola wao Mlezi ila huyasikiliza na huku wanafanya mchezo.
*There does not come to them any new reminder from their Lord but they listen to it as they play around,
21:3
لَاهِيَةً قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَأَسَرُّوا النَّجْوَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا هَلْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُكُمْ ۖ أَفَتَأْتُونَ السِّحْرَ وَأَنْتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ
*Zimeghafilika nyoyo zao. Na wale walio dhulumu hunong´onezana kwa siri: Ni nani ati huyu isipo kuwa ni binaadamu tu kama nyinyi! Mnauwendea uchawi hali nanyi mnaona?
*their hearts set on diversions. The wrongdoers secretly whisper together, [saying], ‘Is this [man] not a human being like yourselves? Will you give in to magic with open eyes?’
21:4
قَالَ رَبِّي يَعْلَمُ الْقَوْلَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
*Alisema: Mola wangu Mlezi anayajua yasemwayo mbinguni na katika ardhi. Na Yeye ni Mwenye kusikia Mwenye kujua.
*He said, ‘My Lord knows every word [spoken] in the sky and on the earth, and He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing.’
21:5
بَلْ قَالُوا أَضْغَاثُ أَحْلَامٍ بَلِ افْتَرَاهُ بَلْ هُوَ شَاعِرٌ فَلْيَأْتِنَا بِآيَةٍ كَمَا أُرْسِلَ الْأَوَّلُونَ
*Lakini wao walisema: Hizo ni ndoto za ovyo ovyo, bali amezizua tu, bali huyo ni mtunga mashairi. Basi atuletee miujiza kama walivyo tumwa wale wa mwanzo.
*But they said, ‘[They are] muddled dreams!’ ‘Indeed, he has fabricated it!’ ‘Indeed, he is a poet!’ ‘Let him bring us a sign, like those sent to the former generations.’
21:6
مَا آمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا ۖ أَفَهُمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Hawakuamini kabla yao watu wa mji tulio uangamiza. Basi, je, wataamini hawa?
*No town that We destroyed before them believed. Will these then have faith [if they are sent signs]?
21:7
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۖ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
*Na kabla yako hatukuwatuma ila watu wanaume tulio wapa wahyi (ufunuo). Basi waulizeni wenye ilimu ikiwa nyinyi hamjui.
*We did not send [any apostles] before you except as men to whom We revealed. Ask the People of the Reminder if you do not know.
21:8
وَمَا جَعَلْنَاهُمْ جَسَدًا لَا يَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَمَا كَانُوا خَالِدِينَ
*Wala hatukuwafanya miili isiyo kula chakula, wala hawakuwa wenye kuishi milele.
*We did not make them bodies that did not eat food, nor were they immortal.
21:9
ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَاهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُمْ وَمَنْ نَشَاءُ وَأَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِينَ
*Kisha tukawatimizia miadi, na tukawaokoa wao na tulio wataka, na tukawateketeza walio pita mipaka.
*Then We fulfilled Our promise to them, and We delivered them and whomever We wished, and We destroyed the transgressors.
21:10
لَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتَابًا فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ ۖ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ
*Na hakika tumekuteremshieni Kitabu ambacho ndani yake yamo makumbusho yenu. Je! Hamzingatii?
*Certainly We have sent down to you a Book in which there is an admonition for you. Do you not exercise your reason?
21:11
وَكَمْ قَصَمْنَا مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ كَانَتْ ظَالِمَةً وَأَنْشَأْنَا بَعْدَهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ
*Na mingapi katika miji iliyo kuwa ikidhulumu tumeiteketeza, na tukawasimamisha baada yao watu wengine.
*How many a town We have smashed that had been wrongdoing, and We brought forth another people after it.
21:12
فَلَمَّا أَحَسُّوا بَأْسَنَا إِذَا هُمْ مِنْهَا يَرْكُضُونَ
*Basi walipo ihisi adhabu yetu, mara wakaanza kukimbia.
*So when they sighted Our punishment, behold, they ran away from it.
21:13
لَا تَرْكُضُوا وَارْجِعُوا إِلَىٰ مَا أُتْرِفْتُمْ فِيهِ وَمَسَاكِنِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْأَلُونَ
*Msikimbie! Na rejeeni kwenye zile zile starehe zenu, na maskani zenu, mpate kusailiwa!
*‘Do not run away! Return to the opulence you were given to enjoy and to your dwellings so that you may be questioned!’
21:14
قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ
*Wakasema: Ole wetu! Hakika sisi tulikuwa madhaalimu.
*They said, ‘Woe to us! We have indeed been wrongdoers!’
21:15
فَمَا زَالَتْ تِلْكَ دَعْوَاهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَعَلْنَاهُمْ حَصِيدًا خَامِدِينَ
*Hakikuacha hicho kuwa kilio chao mpaka tukawafanya kama walio fyekwa, wamezimika.
*That remained their cry until We turned them into a mown field, stilled [like burnt ashes].
21:16
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ
*Na hatukuziumba mbingu na ardhi na vilivyo baina yao kwa mchezo.
*We did not create the sky and the earth and whatever is between them for play.
21:17
لَوْ أَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَتَّخِذَ لَهْوًا لَاتَّخَذْنَاهُ مِنْ لَدُنَّا إِنْ كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
*Kama tungeli taka kufanya mchezo tunge jifanyia Sisi wenyewe, lau kwamba tungeli kuwa ni wafanyao mchezo.
*Had We desired to take up some diversion We would have taken it up with Ourselves, were We to do [so].
21:18
بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ ۚ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ
*Bali tunaitupa kweli juu ya uwongo ikauvunja na mara ukatoweka. Na ole wenu kwa mnayo yazua.
*Indeed, We hurl the truth against falsehood, and it crushes its head, and behold, falsehood vanishes! And woe to you for what you allege [about Allah].
21:19
وَلَهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَنْ عِنْدَهُ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَلَا يَسْتَحْسِرُونَ
*Na ni vyake Yeye tu Mwenyezi Mungu vilivyomo mbinguni na katika ardhi. Na walioko kwake hawafanyi kiburi wakaacha kumuabudu, wala hawachoki.
*To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and those who are near Him do not disdain to worship Him, nor do they become weary.
21:20
يُسَبِّحُونَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ لَا يَفْتُرُونَ
*Wanamtakasa usiku na mchana, wala hawanyong´onyei.
*They glorify [Him] night and day, and they do not flag.
21:21
أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا آلِهَةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ هُمْ يُنْشِرُونَ
*Au wamepata miungu katika ardhi inayo fufua?
*Have they taken gods from the earth who raise [the dead]?
21:22
لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا ۚ فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
*Lau wangeli kuwamo humo miungu wengine isipo kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu basi bila ya shaka hizo mbingu na ardhi zingeli fisidika. Subahana ´Llah Ametakasika Mwenyezi Mungu, Bwana wa A´rshi (Kiti cha Enzi), na hayo wanayo yazua.
*Had there been any gods in them other than Allah, they would surely have fallen apart. Clear is Allah, the Lord of the Throne, of what they allege [concerning Him].
21:23
لَا يُسْأَلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْأَلُونَ
*Yeye hahojiwi kwa ayatendayo, na wao ndio wanao hojiwa kwa wayatendayo.
*He is not questioned concerning what He does, but they are questioned.
21:24
أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ آلِهَةً ۖ قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ ۖ هَٰذَا ذِكْرُ مَنْ مَعِيَ وَذِكْرُ مَنْ قَبْلِي ۗ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْحَقَّ ۖ فَهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ
*Au wanawaabudu miungu mingine badala yake? Sema: Leteni ushahidi wenu! Haya ni ukumbusho wa hawa walio nami, na ukumbusho wa walio kabla yangu. Lakini wengi wao hawaijui kweli, na kwa hivyo wanapuuza.
*Have they taken gods besides Him? Say, ‘Produce your evidence! This is a precept of those who are with me, and a precept of those [who went] before me.’ But most of them do not know the truth, and so they are disregardful.
21:25
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدُونِ
*Na hatukumtuma kabla yako Mtume yeyote ila tulimfunulia ya kwamba hapana mungu isipo kuwa Mimi. Basi niabuduni Mimi tu.
*We did not send any apostle before you but that We revealed to him that ‘There is no god except Me; so worship Me.’
21:26
وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وَلَدًا ۗ سُبْحَانَهُ ۚ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُكْرَمُونَ
*Na wanasema: Arrahman, Mwingi wa Rehema, ana mwana! Subhanahu, Ametakasika na hayo! Bali hao (wanao waita wana) ni watumwa walio tukuzwa.
*They say, ‘The All-beneficent has taken offsprings.’ Immaculate is He! Indeed, they are [His] honoured servants.
21:27
لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِأَمْرِهِ يَعْمَلُونَ
*Hawamtangulii kwa neno, nao wanafanya amri zake.
*They do not venture to speak ahead of Him, and they act by His command.
21:28
يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا يَشْفَعُونَ إِلَّا لِمَنِ ارْتَضَىٰ وَهُمْ مِنْ خَشْيَتِهِ مُشْفِقُونَ
*Anayajua yaliyo mbele yao na yaliyo nyuma yao. Wala hawamwombei yeyote ila yule anaye mridhia Yeye, nao kwa ajili ya kumwogopa wananyenyekea.
*He knows that which is before them and that which is behind them, and they do not intercede except for someone He approves of, and they are apprehensive for the fear of Him.
21:29
وَمَنْ يَقُلْ مِنْهُمْ إِنِّي إِلَٰهٌ مِنْ دُونِهِ فَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِيهِ جَهَنَّمَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِينَ
*Na yeyote kati yao atakaye sema: Mimi ni mungu, badala yake, basi huyo tutamlipa malipo yake Jahannamu. Hivyo ndivyo tuwalipavyo wenye kudhulumu.
*Should any of them say, ‘I am a god besides Him,’ We will requite him with hell. Thus do We requite the wrongdoers.
21:30
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنَاهُمَا ۖ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ ۖ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Je! Hao walio kufuru hawakuona kwamba mbingu na ardhi zilikuwa zimeambatana, kisha Sisi tukazibabandua? Na tukajaalia kwa maji kila kilicho hai? Basi je, hawaamini?
*Have the faithless not regarded that the heavens and the earth were interwoven and We unravelled them, and We made every living thing out of water? Will they not then have faith?
21:31
وَجَعَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَنْ تَمِيدَ بِهِمْ وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجًا سُبُلًا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
*Na tukaweka katika ardhi milima iliyo thibiti ili isiwayumbishe, na tukaweka humo njia pana ili wapate kuongoka.
*We set firm mountains in the earth lest it should shake with them, and We made broad ways in them so that they may be guided [to their destinations].
21:32
وَجَعَلْنَا السَّمَاءَ سَقْفًا مَحْفُوظًا ۖ وَهُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهَا مُعْرِضُونَ
*Na tukaifanya mbingu kuwa dari iliyo hifadhiwa, lakini wanazipuuza Ishara zake.
*We made the sky a preserved roof and yet they are disregardful of its signs.
21:33
وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ
*Na Yeye ndiye aliye umba usiku na mchana na jua na mwezi, vyote katika anga vinaogelea.
*It is He who created the night and the day, the sun and the moon, each swimming in an orbit.
21:34
وَمَا جَعَلْنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ الْخُلْدَ ۖ أَفَإِنْ مِتَّ فَهُمُ الْخَالِدُونَ
*Nasi hatukumjaalia mwanaadamu yeyote kabla yako kuwa na maisha ya milele. Basi je! Ukifa wewe, wao wataishi milele?
*We did not give immortality to any human before you. If you are fated to die, will they live on forever?
21:35
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ ۗ وَنَبْلُوكُمْ بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً ۖ وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ
*Kila nafsi itaonja mauti; na tunakujaribuni kwa mtihani wa shari na kheri. Na kwetu Sisi mtarejeshwa.
*Every soul shall taste death, and We will test you with good and ill by way of test, and to Us you will be brought back.
21:36
وَإِذَا رَآكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ يَتَّخِذُونَكَ إِلَّا هُزُوًا أَهَٰذَا الَّذِي يَذْكُرُ آلِهَتَكُمْ وَهُمْ بِذِكْرِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ هُمْ كَافِرُونَ
*Na wakikuona walio kufuru hawakufanyi wewe ila ni kitu cha maskhara tu, (wakisema): Je! Ndiye huyu anaye itaja miungu yenu? Na hali wao wanakataa kumkumbuka Arrahman, Mwingi wa Rehema!
*Whenever the faithless see you they only take you in derision: ‘Is this the one who remembers your gods?’ while they remain defiant towards the remembrance of the All-beneficent.
21:37
خُلِقَ الْإِنْسَانُ مِنْ عَجَلٍ ۚ سَأُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِي فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونِ
*Mwanaadamu ameumbwa na haraka. Nitakuonyesheni Ishara zangu. Basi msinihimize.
*Man is a creature of haste. Soon I will show you My signs. So do not ask Me to hasten.
21:38
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Na wanasema: Ahadi hii itatokea lini, ikiwa nyinyi mnasema kweli?
*And they say, ‘When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?’
21:39
لَوْ يَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا حِينَ لَا يَكُفُّونَ عَنْ وُجُوهِهِمُ النَّارَ وَلَا عَنْ ظُهُورِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ
*Lau wangeli jua wale walio kufuru wakati ambao hawatauzuia Moto kwenye nyuso zao wala migongo yao, na wala hawatanusuriwa!
*If only the faithless knew about the time when they will not be able to keep the Fire off their faces and their backs, nor will they be helped!
21:40
بَلْ تَأْتِيهِمْ بَغْتَةً فَتَبْهَتُهُمْ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ رَدَّهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُنْظَرُونَ
*Bali utawafikia kwa ghafla, na utawashitua na wala hawataweza kuurudisha, wala hawatapewa muhula!
*Indeed, it will overtake them suddenly, dumbfounding them. So they will neither be able to avert it, nor will they be granted any respite.
21:41
وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
*Na Mitume walio kabla yako walikwisha dhihakiwa. Kwa hivyo wale walio wafanyia maskhara yaliwafika yale waliyo kuwa wakiyafanyia dhihaka.
*Apostles were certainly derided before you; but those who ridiculed them were besieged by what they had been deriding.
21:42
قُلْ مَنْ يَكْلَؤُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ مِنَ الرَّحْمَٰنِ ۗ بَلْ هُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ رَبِّهِمْ مُعْرِضُونَ
*Sema: Nani anaye kulindeni usiku na mchana na Arrahmani Mwingi wa Rehema? Bali wao wanapuuza kumkumbuka Mola wao Mlezi.
*Say, ‘Who can guard you, day and night, against [the punishment of] the All-beneficent [should He want to punish you]?’ Indeed, they are disregardful of their Lord’s remembrance.
21:43
أَمْ لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ تَمْنَعُهُمْ مِنْ دُونِنَا ۚ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ مِنَّا يُصْحَبُونَ
*Au wao wanao miungu watao weza kuwakinga nasi? Hao hawawezi kujinusuru nafsi zao, wala hawatalindwa nasi!
*Do they have gods besides Us to defend them? Neither can they help themselves, nor can they shield [the idolaters] from Us.
21:44
بَلْ مَتَّعْنَا هَٰؤُلَاءِ وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ طَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُمُرُ ۗ أَفَلَا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّا نَأْتِي الْأَرْضَ نَنْقُصُهَا مِنْ أَطْرَافِهَا ۚ أَفَهُمُ الْغَالِبُونَ
*Bali tuliwastarehesha hawa na baba zao mpaka umri ukawa mrefu kwao. Je, hawaoni ya kwamba Sisi tunaifikia ardhi tukiipunguza ncha zake? Basi je! Hao ni wenye kushinda?
*Indeed, We have provided for them and their fathers until they lived on for long years. Do they not see how We visit the land diminishing it at its edges? Are they the ones who will prevail?
21:45
قُلْ إِنَّمَا أُنْذِرُكُمْ بِالْوَحْيِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا مَا يُنْذَرُونَ
*Sema: Mimi nakuonyeni kwa Wahyi. Na viziwi hawasikii wito wanapo onywa.
*Say, ‘I indeed warn you by the means of revelation.’ But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.
21:46
وَلَئِنْ مَسَّتْهُمْ نَفْحَةٌ مِنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّكَ لَيَقُولُنَّ يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ
*Na wanapo guswa na mpulizo mmoja tu wa adhabu itokayo kwa Mola wako Mlezi, bila ya shaka wao husema: Ole wetu! Hakika tulikuwa wenye kudhulumu.
*Should a whiff of your Lord’s punishment touch them, they will surely say, ‘Woe to us! We have indeed been wrongdoers!’
21:47
وَنَضَعُ الْمَوَازِينَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَلَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْئًا ۖ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِنْ خَرْدَلٍ أَتَيْنَا بِهَا ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِنَا حَاسِبِينَ
*Nasi tutaweka mizani za uadilifu kwa Siku ya Kiyama. Basi nafsi haitadhulumiwa kitu chochote. Hata ikiwa ni uzito wa chembe ya khardali tutaileta. Nasi tunatosha kuwa washika hisabu.
*We shall set up just scales on the Day of Resurrection, and no soul will be wronged in the least. Even if it be the weight of a mustard seed We shall produce it and We suffice as reckoners.
21:48
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَهَارُونَ الْفُرْقَانَ وَضِيَاءً وَذِكْرًا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
*Na kwa yakini tuliwapa Musa na Haaruni kipambanuzi, na mwangaza, na makumbusho kwa wachamngu,
*Certainly We gave Moses and Aaron the Criterion, a light and reminder for the Godwary
21:49
الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَيْبِ وَهُمْ مِنَ السَّاعَةِ مُشْفِقُونَ
*Ambao wanamkhofu Mola wao Mlezi faraghani, na wanaiogopa Saa ya Kiyama.
*—those who fear their Lord in secret, and who are apprehensive of the Hour.
21:50
وَهَٰذَا ذِكْرٌ مُبَارَكٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ ۚ أَفَأَنْتُمْ لَهُ مُنْكِرُونَ
*Na haya ni makumbusho yaliyo barikiwa, tuliyo yateremsha. Basi je! Mnayakataa?
*This [too] is a blessed reminder, which We have sent down. Will you then deny it?
21:51
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ رُشْدَهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَكُنَّا بِهِ عَالِمِينَ
*Na hakika tulikwisha mpa Ibrahim uwongofu wake zamani, na tulikuwa tunamjua.
*Certainly We had given Abraham his probity before, and We knew him
21:52
إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَا هَٰذِهِ التَّمَاثِيلُ الَّتِي أَنْتُمْ لَهَا عَاكِفُونَ
*Alipo mwambia baba yake na watu wake: Ni nini haya masanamu mnayo yashughulikia kuyaabudu?
*when he said to his father and his people, ‘What are these images to which you keep on clinging?’
21:53
قَالُوا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا لَهَا عَابِدِينَ
*Wakasema: Tumewakuta baba zetu wakiyaabudu.
*They said, ‘We found our fathers worshipping them.’
21:54
قَالَ لَقَدْ كُنْتُمْ أَنْتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُمْ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
*Akasema: Bila ya shaka nyinyi na baba zenu mmekuwa katika upotofu ulio dhaahiri.
*He said, ‘Certainly you and your fathers have been in manifest error.’
21:55
قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا بِالْحَقِّ أَمْ أَنْتَ مِنَ اللَّاعِبِينَ
*Wakasema: Je! Umetujia kwa maneno ya kweli au wewe ni katika wachezao tu?
*They said, ‘Are you telling the truth, or are you [just] kidding?’
21:56
قَالَ بَلْ رَبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
*Akasema: Bali Mola wenu Mlezi ni Mola Mlezi wa mbingu na ardhi ambaye ndiye aliye ziumba. Na mimi ni katika wenye kuyashuhudia hayo.
*He said, ‘Indeed, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who originated them, and I affirm that.
21:57
وَتَاللَّهِ لَأَكِيدَنَّ أَصْنَامَكُمْ بَعْدَ أَنْ تُوَلُّوا مُدْبِرِينَ
*Na Wallahi! Nitayafanyia vitimbi masanamu yenu haya baada ya mkisha geuka kwenda zenu.
*By Allah, I will devise a stratagem against your idols after you have gone away.’
21:58
فَجَعَلَهُمْ جُذَاذًا إِلَّا كَبِيرًا لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُونَ
*Basi akayavunja vipande vipande, ila kubwa lao, ili wao walirudie.
*So he broke them into pieces—all except the biggest of them—so that they might come back to it.
21:59
قَالُوا مَنْ فَعَلَ هَٰذَا بِآلِهَتِنَا إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
*Wakasema: Nani aliye ifanyia haya miungu yetu? Hakika huyu ni katika walio dhulumu.
*They said, ‘Whoever has done this to Our gods?! He is indeed a wrongdoer!’
21:60
قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا فَتًى يَذْكُرُهُمْ يُقَالُ لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ
*Wakasema: Tumemsikia kijana mmoja akiwataja. Anaitwa Ibrahim.
*They said, ‘We heard a young man mentioning them. He is called ‘‘Abraham.’’ ’
21:61
قَالُوا فَأْتُوا بِهِ عَلَىٰ أَعْيُنِ النَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَشْهَدُونَ
*Wakasema: Mleteni mbele ya macho ya watu, wapate kumshuhudia!
*They said, ‘Bring him before the people’s eyes so that they may bear witness [against him].’
21:62
قَالُوا أَأَنْتَ فَعَلْتَ هَٰذَا بِآلِهَتِنَا يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ
*Wakasema: Je! Wewe umeifanyia haya miungu yetu, ewe Ibrahim?
*They said, ‘Was it you who did this to our gods, O Abraham?’
21:63
قَالَ بَلْ فَعَلَهُ كَبِيرُهُمْ هَٰذَا فَاسْأَلُوهُمْ إِنْ كَانُوا يَنْطِقُونَ
*Akasema: Bali amefanya hayo huyu mkubwa wao. Basi waulizeni ikiwa wanaweza kutamka.
*He said, ‘No, it was this biggest one of them who did it! Ask them, if they can speak.’
21:64
فَرَجَعُوا إِلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ فَقَالُوا إِنَّكُمْ أَنْتُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
*Basi wakajirudi nafsi zao, wakasema: Hakika nyinyi mlikuwa madhaalimu!
*Thereat they came to themselves and said [to one another], ‘Indeed it is you who are the wrongdoers!’
21:65
ثُمَّ نُكِسُوا عَلَىٰ رُءُوسِهِمْ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا هَٰؤُلَاءِ يَنْطِقُونَ
*Kisha wakarejea kwenye ule ule upotovu wao wakasema: Wewe unajua kwamba hawa hawesemi.
*Then they hung their heads. [However, they said,] ‘You certainly know that they cannot speak.’
21:66
قَالَ أَفَتَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنْفَعُكُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَضُرُّكُمْ
*Akasema: Basi nyinyi mnawaabudu asiye kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu wasio kufaini kitu wala kukudhuruni?
*He said, ‘Then, do you worship besides Allah that which cannot cause you any benefit or harm?
21:67
أُفٍّ لَكُمْ وَلِمَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ
*Aibu yenu nyinyi na hivyo mnavyo viabudu badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu! Basi nyinyi hamtii akilini?
*Fie on you and what you worship besides Allah! Do you not exercise your reason?’
21:68
قَالُوا حَرِّقُوهُ وَانْصُرُوا آلِهَتَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ فَاعِلِينَ
*Wakasema: Mchomeni moto, na muinusuru miungu yenu, ikiwa nyinyi ni watendao jambo!
*They said, ‘Burn him, and help your gods, if you are to do anything!’
21:69
قُلْنَا يَا نَارُ كُونِي بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
*Sisi tukasema: Ewe moto! Kuwa baridi na salama kwa Ibrahim!
*We said, ‘O fire! Be cool and safe for Abraham!’
21:70
وَأَرَادُوا بِهِ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْأَخْسَرِينَ
*Wao walimkusudia maovu, lakini Sisi tukawafanya wao ndio walio khasiri.
*They plotted to harm him, but We made them the biggest losers.
21:71
وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَلُوطًا إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا لِلْعَالَمِينَ
*Na tukamwokoa yeye na Luut´i tukawapeleka kwenye nchi tulio ibariki kwa ajili ya walimwengu wote.
*We delivered him and Lot toward the land, which We have blessed for all nations.
21:72
وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ نَافِلَةً ۖ وَكُلًّا جَعَلْنَا صَالِحِينَ
*Naye tukampa Is-haq, na Yaaqub kuwa ni ziada. Na wote tukawajaalia wawe watu wema.
*And We gave him Isaac, and Jacob as well for a grandson, and each of them We made righteous.
21:73
وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَإِقَامَ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءَ الزَّكَاةِ ۖ وَكَانُوا لَنَا عَابِدِينَ
*Na tukawafanya maimamu wakiongoa watu kwa amri yetu. Na tukawafunulia watende kheri, na washike Sala, na watoe Zaka; na walikuwa wanatuabudu Sisi tu.
*We made them imams, guiding by Our command, and We revealed to them [concerning] the performance of good deeds, the maintenance of prayers, and the giving of zakat, and they used to worship Us.
21:74
وَلُوطًا آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي كَانَتْ تَعْمَلُ الْخَبَائِثَ ۗ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَاسِقِينَ
*Na Luut´i tukampa hukumu na ilimu na tukamwokoa na ule mji ulio kuwa ukifanya maovu. Hakika hao walikuwa watu wabaya, wachafu.
*We gave judgement and knowledge to Lot, and We delivered him from the town which used to commit vicious acts. Indeed, they were an evil and depraved lot.
21:75
وَأَدْخَلْنَاهُ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا ۖ إِنَّهُ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
*Na tukamuingiza katika rehema yetu. Hakika yeye ni miongoni mwa watenda mema.
*And We admitted him into Our mercy. Indeed, he was one of the righteous.
21:76
وَنُوحًا إِذْ نَادَىٰ مِنْ قَبْلُ فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيمِ
*Na Nuhu alipo ita zamani, nasi tukamuitikia, na tukamwokoa yeye na watu wake kutokana na shida kubwa.
*And before that Noah, when he called out, We responded to him and delivered him and his family from the great agony.
21:77
وَنَصَرْنَاهُ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
*Na tukamnusuru na watu walio zikanusha Ishara zetu. Hakika hao walikuwa watu wabaya. Basi tukawazamisha wote.
*And We helped him against the people who denied Our signs. They were indeed an evil lot; so We drowned them all.
21:78
وَدَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ إِذْ يَحْكُمَانِ فِي الْحَرْثِ إِذْ نَفَشَتْ فِيهِ غَنَمُ الْقَوْمِ وَكُنَّا لِحُكْمِهِمْ شَاهِدِينَ
*Na Daud na Suleiman walipo kata hukumu katika kadhiya ya konde walipo lisha humo mbuzi wa watu usiku. Na Sisi tulikuwa wenye kushuhudia hukumu yao hiyo.
*And [remember] David and Solomon when they gave judgement concerning the tillage when the sheep of some people strayed into it by night, and We were witness to their judgement.
21:79
فَفَهَّمْنَاهَا سُلَيْمَانَ ۚ وَكُلًّا آتَيْنَا حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا ۚ وَسَخَّرْنَا مَعَ دَاوُودَ الْجِبَالَ يُسَبِّحْنَ وَالطَّيْرَ ۚ وَكُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
*Tukamfahamisha Suleiman. Na kila mmoja wao tulimpa hukumu na ilimu. Na tuliifanya milima na ndege kuwa pamoja na Daud imnyenyekee na imtakase Mwenyezi Mungu. Na Sisi ndio tulio fanya hayo.
*We gave its understanding to Solomon, and to each We gave judgement and knowledge. We disposed the mountains and the birds to glorify [Us] with David, and We have been the doer [of these things].
21:80
وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ صَنْعَةَ لَبُوسٍ لَكُمْ لِتُحْصِنَكُمْ مِنْ بَأْسِكُمْ ۖ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ شَاكِرُونَ
*Na tukamfundisha kuunda mavazi ya vita kwa ajili yenu ili yakuhifadhini katika kupigana kwenu. Je! Mtakuwa wenye kushukuru?
*We taught him the making of coats of mail for you, to protect you from your [own] violence. Will you then be grateful?
21:81
وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ عَاصِفَةً تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا ۚ وَكُنَّا بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَالِمِينَ
*Na tukamsahilishia Suleiman upepo wa kimbunga wendao kwa amri yake kwenye ardhi tuliyo ibarikia. Na Sisi ndio tunao jua kila kitu.
*And [We disposed] for Solomon the tempestuous wind which blew by his command toward the land which We have blessed, and We have knowledge of all things.
21:82
وَمِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ مَنْ يَغُوصُونَ لَهُ وَيَعْمَلُونَ عَمَلًا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ ۖ وَكُنَّا لَهُمْ حَافِظِينَ
*Na pia mashet´ani wanao mpigia mbizi na kufanya kazi nyenginezo. Na Sisi tulikuwa walinzi wao.
*Among the devils were some who dived for him and performed tasks other than that, and We were watchful over them.
21:83
وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
*Na Ayyubu, alipo mwita Mola wake Mlezi, akasema: Mimi yamenipata madhara. Na Wewe ndiye unaye rehemu kuliko wote wanao rehemu.
*And [remember] Job, when he called out to his Lord, ‘Indeed distress has befallen me, and You are the most merciful of the merciful.’
21:84
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِنْ ضُرٍّ ۖ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِنَا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْعَابِدِينَ
*Basi tukamwitikia, na tukamwondolea madhara aliyo kuwa nayo, na tukampa watu wake na mfano wao pamoja nao kuwa ni rehema inayo toka kwetu, na ukumbusho kwa wafanyao ibada.
*So We answered his prayer and removed his distress, and We gave him [back] his family along with others like them, as a mercy from Us and an admonition for the devout.
21:85
وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِدْرِيسَ وَذَا الْكِفْلِ ۖ كُلٌّ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ
*Na Ismail, na Idris, na Dhulkifli - wote walikuwa miongoni mwa wanao subiri.
*And [remember] Ishmael, Idris, and Dhul-Kifl—each of them was among the patient.
21:86
وَأَدْخَلْنَاهُمْ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا ۖ إِنَّهُمْ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
*Na tukawaingiza katika rehema yetu. Hakika wao walikuwa katika watu wema.
*We admitted them into Our mercy. Indeed, they were among the righteous.
21:87
وَذَا النُّونِ إِذْ ذَهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَنْ لَنْ نَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
*Na Dhun-Nun alipoondoka hali ameghadhibika, na akadhani ya kwamba hatutakuwa na uwezo juu yake. Basi aliita katika giza: Hapana mungu isipo kuwa Wewe Subhanaka Uliye takasika. Hakika mimi nilikuwa miongoni mwa wenye kudhulumu.
*And [remember] the Man of the Fish, when he left in a rage, thinking that We would not put him to hardship. Then he cried out in the darkness, ‘There is no god except You! You are immaculate! I have indeed been among the wrongdoers!’
21:88
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُنْجِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
*Basi tukamwitikia na tukamwokoa kutokana na dhiki. Na hivyo ndivyo tunavyo waokoa Waumini.
*So We answered his prayer and delivered him from the agony; and thus do We deliver the faithful.
21:89
وَزَكَرِيَّا إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
*Na Zakariya alipo mwita Mola wake Mlezi: Mola wangu Mlezi! Usiniache peke yangu, na Wewe ndiye Mbora wa wanao rithi.
*And [remember] Zechariah, when he cried out to his Lord, ‘My Lord! Do not leave me without an heir, and You are the best of inheritors.’
21:90
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ يَحْيَىٰ وَأَصْلَحْنَا لَهُ زَوْجَهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا ۖ وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ
*Basi tukamwitikia, na tukampa Yahya na tukamponyeshea mkewe. Hakika wao walikuwa wepesi wa kutenda mema, na wakituomba kwa shauku na khofu. Nao walikuwa wakitunyenyekea.
*So We answered his prayer, and gave him John, and cured for him his wife [of infertility]. Indeed, they were active in [performing] good works, and they would supplicate Us with eagerness and awe and were humble before Us.
21:91
وَالَّتِي أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا فَنَفَخْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ رُوحِنَا وَجَعَلْنَاهَا وَابْنَهَا آيَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ
*Na mwanamke aliye linda uke wake, na tukampulizia katika roho yetu, na tukamfanya yeye na mwanawe kuwa ni Ishara kwa walimwengu.
*And [remember] her who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her Our spirit, and made her and her son a sign for all the nations.
21:92
إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ
*Kwa hakika huu umma wenu ni umma mmoja, na Mimi ni Mola wenu Mlezi. Kwa hivyo niabuduni Mimi.
*Indeed this community of yours is one community, and I am your Lord. So worship Me.
21:93
وَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلٌّ إِلَيْنَا رَاجِعُونَ
*Nao wakalikata jambo lao hili mapande mapande baina yao. Wote watarudi kwetu.
*They have fragmented their religion among themselves, but everyone of them will return to Us.
21:94
فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ
*Na atendaye mema naye ni Muumini basi haitakataliwa juhudi yake. Na hakika Sisi tunamwandikia.
*Whoever is faithful and does righteous deeds, his endeavour shall not go unappreciated, and We will indeed record it for him.
21:95
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
*Na haiwi kwa wana-mji tulio uangamiza, ya kwamba hawatarejea,
*It is forbidden for [the people of] any town that We have destroyed [to return to the world]: they shall not return,
21:96
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فُتِحَتْ يَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَهُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ حَدَبٍ يَنْسِلُونَ
*Mpaka watapo funguliwa Juju na Maajuju wakawa wanateremka kutoka kila mlima;
*until when Gog and Magog are let loose, and they race down from every slope,
21:97
وَاقْتَرَبَ الْوَعْدُ الْحَقُّ فَإِذَا هِيَ شَاخِصَةٌ أَبْصَارُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا قَدْ كُنَّا فِي غَفْلَةٍ مِنْ هَٰذَا بَلْ كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ
*Na miadi ya haki ikakaribia. Hapo ndipo yatapo kodoka macho ya walio kufuru (na watasema:) Ole wetu! Bila ya shaka tulikuwa tumeghafilika na haya, bali tulikuwa wenye kudhulumu.
*and the true promise draws near [to its fulfillment], behold, the faithless will look on with a fixed gaze: ‘Woe to us! We have certainly been oblivious of this! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers!’
21:98
إِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ حَصَبُ جَهَنَّمَ أَنْتُمْ لَهَا وَارِدُونَ
*Hakika nyinyi na hao mnao waabudu badala ya Mwenyezi Mungu ni kuni za Jahannamu; huko mtaingia tu.
*Indeed you and what [idols] you worship besides Allah shall be fuel for hell, and you will enter it.
21:99
لَوْ كَانَ هَٰؤُلَاءِ آلِهَةً مَا وَرَدُوهَا ۖ وَكُلٌّ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
*Lau kuwa hawa ni miungu, wasingeli ingia. Na wote watadumu humo.
*Had they been gods, they would not have entered it, and they will all remain in it [forever].
21:100
لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
*Lao wao humo ni kupiga mayowe, na wala hawatasikia (jenginelo).
*Their lot therein will be groaning, and they will not hear anything in it.
21:101
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ سَبَقَتْ لَهُمْ مِنَّا الْحُسْنَىٰ أُولَٰئِكَ عَنْهَا مُبْعَدُونَ
*Ama wale ambao wema wetu umewatangulia, hao watatenganishwa na hayo.
*Indeed those to whom there has gone beforehand [the promise of] the best reward from Us will be kept away from it.
21:102
لَا يَسْمَعُونَ حَسِيسَهَا ۖ وَهُمْ فِي مَا اشْتَهَتْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ خَالِدُونَ
*Hawatausikia mvumo wake, na wao watadumu katika yale zinayo yatamani nafsi zao.
*They will not hear even its faint sound and they will remain [forever] in what their souls desire.
21:103
لَا يَحْزُنُهُمُ الْفَزَعُ الْأَكْبَرُ وَتَتَلَقَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ هَٰذَا يَوْمُكُمُ الَّذِي كُنْتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ
*Hicho Kitisho Kikubwa hakito wahuzunisha. Na Malaika watawapokea (kwa kuwaambia): Hii ndiyo Siku yenu mliyo kuwa mkiahidiwa!
*The Great Terror will not upset them, and the angels will receive them [saying]: ‘This is your day which you were promised.’
21:104
يَوْمَ نَطْوِي السَّمَاءَ كَطَيِّ السِّجِلِّ لِلْكُتُبِ ۚ كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُعِيدُهُ ۚ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
*Siku tutakapo zikunja mbingu kama mkunjo wa karatasi za vitabu. Kama tulivyo anza umbo la mwanzo tutalirudisha tena. Ni ahadi iliyo juu yetu. Hakika Sisi ni watendao.
*The day We shall roll up the heaven, like rolling of the scrolls [meant] for writings. We will bring it back just as We began the first creation—a promise [binding] on Us. [That] indeed We will do.
21:105
وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِي الزَّبُورِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الذِّكْرِ أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِيَ الصَّالِحُونَ
*Na hakika tulikwisha andika katika Zaburi baada ya Kumbukumbu, ya kwamba nchi watairithi waja wangu walio wema.
*Certainly We wrote in the Psalms, after the Torah: ‘Indeed My righteous servants shall inherit the earth.’
21:106
إِنَّ فِي هَٰذَا لَبَلَاغًا لِقَوْمٍ عَابِدِينَ
*Hakika katika haya yapo mawaidha kwa watu wafanyao ibada.
*There is indeed in this a proclamation for a devout people.
21:107
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ
*Nasi hatukukutuma ila uwe ni Rehema kwa walimwengu wote.
*We did not send you but as a mercy to all the nations.
21:108
قُلْ إِنَّمَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَا إِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۖ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ
*Sema: Hakika imefunuliwa kwangu ya kwamba hakika Mungu wenu ni Mungu Mmoja tu. Je! Mmesilimu?
*Say, ‘It has been revealed to me that your God is the One God. So will you submit?’
21:109
فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُلْ آذَنْتُكُمْ عَلَىٰ سَوَاءٍ ۖ وَإِنْ أَدْرِي أَقَرِيبٌ أَمْ بَعِيدٌ مَا تُوعَدُونَ
*Na kama wakigeuka, basi sema: Nimekutangazieni sawa sawa, wala sijui yako karibu au mbali hayo mliyo ahidiwa.
*But if they turn away, say, ‘I have proclaimed to you all alike, and I do not know whether what you have been promised is far or near.
21:110
إِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْتُمُونَ
*Hakika Yeye anajua kauli ya dhaahiri na anajua myafichayo.
*Indeed He knows whatever is spoken aloud, and He knows whatever you conceal.
21:111
وَإِنْ أَدْرِي لَعَلَّهُ فِتْنَةٌ لَكُمْ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ
*Wala sijui pengine huu ni mtihani tu kwenu na starehe mpaka muda kidogo.
*I do not know—maybe it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a while.’
21:112
قَالَ رَبِّ احْكُمْ بِالْحَقِّ ۗ وَرَبُّنَا الرَّحْمَٰنُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ
*Sema: Mola wangu Mlezi! Hukumu kwa haki. Na Mola wetu Mlezi ni Mwingi wa Rehema, aombwaye msaada juu ya mnayo yazua.
*He said, ‘My Lord! Judge [between us and the polytheists] with justice.’ ‘Our Lord is the All-beneficent; [He is our] resort against what you allege.’
